Caravan Description
This is a privately owned caravan is located in the ‘highly requested’, Bay Hollow with its beautiful views of Poole Harbour and the Arne Peninsular.
It’s a very short walk to the beach, literally seconds and a short walk to Rockley Park’s main complex with it’s entertainments, swimming pools, shop, restaurants and administration centre.
Bay Hollow is one of the quieter areas and is in ideal location for a relaxed holiday.
There is a protected area outside the caravan, which is a wonderful suntrap. It’s equipped with table, chairs sun umbrellas, a pub style table and bench, and a BBQ. There is also a space to park the car.
The caravan sleeps 6. It has a double bedroom with TV and walk-in wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds and there is also a pull out double bed in the lounge.
The lounge is open plan and has ample seating and a dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas oven and gas hob, a microwave cooker and a fridge with a small freezer compartment.
There is a toilet is separate from the bathroom and also has a basin. The bathroom has a generous sized shower and a washbasin.
An iron, ironing board, hoover and hair dryer are all provided and all appliances are regularly checked to meet safety standards.
Central heating, double-glazing and a gas fire in the lounge make it warm and cosy in colder months.
Don’t worry about storage space, there’s loads!
All you have to bring are duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels. Duvets are provided.
It’s strictly no smoking and yes...dogs are welcome!
