Caravan Description
THIS SEASON WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE ARE INCLUDING ENTERTAINMENT PASSES FREE OF CHARGE
There will also be some complimentary tea bags, coffee, milk and biscuits, to get you going after your journey, and a loo roll, just in case.
Situated on the Hampshire/Dorset border on the edge of the beautiful New Forest National Park, ideally situated should you want a pleasant woodland walk or to see the many wonderful attractions this area has to offer including some of the best blue flagged beaches in the UK.
Our family owned, three bedroom well equipped caravan is suitable for up to 6 people, usb charging ports, sky tv including sports, cinema and children's channels, and Wi-Fi are included, a nintendo wii, dvds and board games are also available.

Trained, friendly Pets Are very welcome but not in the bedrooms please, pets must be confirmed with us before your stay.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
A £150 booking deposit is required which is used as a Security Deposit against damage once you arrive and will be returned within a week of your stay should everything be left in a clean, satisfactory condition,
Full payment to be received no later than 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday
We do ask that the heating is not left on 24 hrs a day and is turned off if you are not in the caravan, it really doesn’t take long to warm up once turned on.
Cancellation Policy:- more than one month's notice 50% of your deposit will be refunded, unfortunately no refund of your deposit if cancelled within a month of your stay.

About the Area
Although the caravan is situated just a two minute walk from the clubhouse, there is very little noise. The pathways are well lit for those late evening strolls home from the clubhouse, which offers a vast array of activities for every age group, from the kiddies club staring Cecil and Cyble and Pat the Pony to GO OUTDOOR activities for the older children, escape rooms, rock climbing, archery and much, much more (approximately 30 activities). The evening entertainment is of a good standard with something for everyone, including the ever popular Bingo! and children's prize Bingo gets the evening off to a great start.Oakdene Forest Holiday Park facilities include: club/bar with sports TV; arcade; two pools, one with sauna and steam room, water slide and lots of activities, plus a children's pool; crazy golf; kids' club; Go Active for the bigger kids with rock wall, archery and many more; grocery shop; takeaway; restaurant and evening entertainment.
Please note - some facilities may require club membership 'now included in your rental.
There is a shop on site, but just a few minutes away are a Lidl, a large Sainsbury’s and a McDonald’s. Less than ten minutes away is a large Tesco, an M&S food hall and a big Morrison’s, plus lots of restaurants and takeaways that will deliver if you fancy a night off from cooking; menus will be in your welcome pack.
It's only a short drive to lots of local attractions too; Bournemouth beach and the famous Sandbanks are within easy reach, as is the magnificent New Forest, Moors Valley Country Park and the historic towns of Wimborne, Christchurch and Burley.
