Caravan Description
This luxurious, modern caravan provides a wonderful, relaxing base from which to explore the south.
With all the comforts of home, this well maintained caravan is on a peaceful cul-de-sac just 2 minutes away from the entertainment area on a site that is packed full of activities for all; Oakdene Forest Park.
Whether you are looking for a quiet, romantic country retreat or an action packed family holiday, the caravan, site and local area can provide it.
This dog friendly, double glazed and central heated caravan has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) so can sleep 6 people. All bedrooms have plenty of storage for those holiday essentials.
The main bathroom has a good size shower, in which there is a stool for the less mobile, sink, vanity mirror/cabinet and toilet. There is also a second toilet within the caravan.
In the kitchen is a full size gas oven and hob, under counter fridge, full size freezer, a microwave and iron. The modern front room has an electric fire and very comfortable seating and a pouffe from which to watch the Freeview 32" TV, plus DVD player. The dining room has seating for 4.
We have outside decking with furniture, along with a grassed area and ample parking for 2 cars.
Gas, electric and bed linen are included in the hire cost but please bring your own towels and kitchen linen.

Terms of Payment
A deposit of 10% or £50 (whichever is the greater) is required upon booking. The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your start date.
You may pay in instalments as long at the full cost of the booking is made 6 weeks prior to your start date. Deposits are non-refundable.

About the Area
Oakdene Forest Park offers full entertainment for both kids and adults, including live music, games, a children's play park, forest walks, playing field, amusement arcade and for an extra charge Go Active and Go Junior. These activities range from Archery to Water Zorbing and Mini Jet Skis and Raft Building.Should you purchase a Leisure Pass at around £40-£50 per family, per week (depending on the time of year) you can also access the swimming pools (one heated with a flume, the other outdoors), steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi and a fully equipped gymnasium.
There is also a well-stocked shop.
Should you wish to leave the site the south coast is full of wonderful places to visit within the New Forest and beyond.
