We are now taking enquiries and bookings for 2025 with all our available dates listed. Peak dates are going fast with people getting in early to secure our caravan for their holiday. Contact us with the dates you require and we will provide you a cost.

We cater for weekly, mid week and some weekend breaks. Week stays off peak we can offer Mon to Mon, Fri to Fri or Sat to Sat.

For Monday to Friday bookings, check in time is from 11am off peak. For Saturday to Saturday peak season bookings, check in is from 1pm.

We endeavour to reply to all enquires via the website within 24hrs.

Graded Gold by Haven, our 14' x 43' (602 sq/ft) family holiday home is situated in a quiet area of the park. It is a large spacious well presented caravan being one of the largest available, with the added benefit of an extra large wraparound, gated decking with outside furniture. To the side is a grassed play area. A tarmac parking space is available at the front of the caravan.

Free Wi-Fi, Netflix available, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Discovery+, PS4 with games, 50” wall mounted smart TV, new this year a soundbar for music streaming from phone, Apple streaming box, Blue Ray DVD player. Tower cooling fan for the warmer days/nights.

Large lounge includes free standing furniture to relax on, there are DVD, PS4 games, books, board games, puzzles provided for all ages. Catering for the younger ones a separate box of play toys along with their own small table & chairs are available. Local information booklet.

Fully fitted kitchen/dining area, with everything provided for 6 people. Full size fridge/freezer, 5 burner hob, oven and grill, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, George Foreman grill, slow cooker and the extra luxury of a dishwasher. First Aid kit available. New this year the addition of a Ninja air fryer.

All bedrooms are fitted with a TV and a bladeless fan to keep you cool on those sticky nights in summer.
The 2 twin rooms each have 2 single beds for double occupancy or can be converted easily to allow a single bed for one person or the addition of a cot (which we can supply)
The main bedroom has its own good sized en-suite shower room with toilet.

The bathroom is spacious, with the unusual aspect of a fitted bath; ideal for the very young child, bathmat supplied. There is also an overhead shower. Plus a useful step to assist the younger children.

Utility room, ideal for coats and shoes. Fitted with a washer/dryer, an Iron, ironing board, clothes airer and a cordless hoover all supplied.

Outside:- extra large gated wrap round decking with rattan cube dining set at the front and a bistro table on the side, seating for up to 6 people with comfortable cushions provided. A large grassed side area where children can play safely accessible from side decking steps. Want to relax outside we have a round wooden picnic table and BBQ for your use. Various outside games, swing ball, connect 4, bats/balls, play tents all provided for your use, along with swim noodles, buckets/spades for the beach & 2 micro scooters.

This caravan is situated in a quiet area of the park on Lagoon Close. There is no through traffic so safer for the younger children and it is just a short walk down to all the amenities.

Booking deposit:- £100 this is a non refundable deposit and is required to secure your booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Balance can be paid in instalments to spread the cost.

A refundable surcharge of £100 due with balance is required against damages/breakage. This is returned after the caravan has been checked. Please note that this is a No smoking or pets caravan any evidence found that require additional deep cleaning, costs will be deducted from the surcharge.

Prices are for caravan only holiday play passes are not included and can be purchased 12 weeks prior to arrival or at the reception desk on arrival. With the purchase of play passes activities can be booked 12 weeks in advance & swimming 4 weeks in advance of your holiday.

You should consider taking out your own cancellation insurance.
