Caravan Description

Welcome to MARTHUR, our Atlas Mirage caravan situated in the Greenlands area of Littlesea Holiday Park, offering views of Chesil Beach & Fleet Lagoon, just a short walk from all amenities.

Our holiday caravan has ample space for a family of 8.

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, the double bedroom has a tv. All with storage and central heating. There is also a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge area. Duvets and pillows are included in the rental price, but you will need to bring your own linen and towels etc. as these are not provided. I also provide a travel cot and a steriliser for babies' bottles etc free of charge.

The well-equipped kitchen has a full-size gas cooker, a toaster, kettle and fridge with a freezer compartment, along with cutlery and crockery for 8 people.

There is ample seating in the lounge, with a table and seating for meals too, plus a coffee table. There is a lovely feature fireplace, which is ideal for chilly mornings and evenings, along with a 40" Sony Smart TV, an Xbox 360 with some games for rainy days in, plus some board games and cards.


Free Wi-Fi is available.

There is a shower room with WC and wash basin, plus a further WC with hand basin in a separate room.

Outside leading from the living room there are patio doors leading to a decked area with seating ideal for a morning coffee or your favourite tipple in the evening to watch the sunset, there is also a small patio area with a wooden picnic table, 2 benches and parasol. Steps lead to a small, decked area with a gate at the top, ideal if you have small children. Car parking for 2 cars is available at the side of the caravan.

STRICTLY no charging of any electric vehicles from the caravan

A non-refundable deposit of £75 to paid at the time of booking. The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday start date.

A £100 damage security deposit will also be required to cover any loss and/or damage. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure as long as everything is in order. The caravan must be left as you find it, in a clean and tidy condition - checks will be made after your departure.

3, 4 and 7 night breaks available.
