Caravan Description

ABI New Horizon, 2020 model caravan situated on West Acres at Littlesea Holiday Park. We have made it wheelchair friendly with a ramp & doors are wide enough for an average size wheelchair, plus room to move inside*

*Sorry bedrooms are not accessible, but the sofa bed is do-able. The shower room is also not accessible, but Littlesea has a shower room in the swimming pool area that can be used.
Parking is allowed on site.

With 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) plus a fold-out sofa bed in lounge, there is plenty of room to sleep 8. The twin beds can be pushed together to make a double if preferred. Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen, towels etc. as these are not provided

The kitchen is well equipped with full cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, crockery and cutlery for 8 people. We leave Coffee, tea, sugar & coffee mate when we visit.

The lounge has plenty of seating, plus a dining table with seating, along with a 32” TV/DVD and a lovely feature fire. There is plenty of storage space for toys/games etc. There are colouring books, pencils, games & DVD's provide in a cupboard near the fire.
Free WIFI

There is a shower room with enclosed shower, WC, wash basin and a heated towel rail. There is also a second WC with wash basin

The decking has just enough room for a small table and chairs, enabling you to sit out on and enjoy a morning coffee/tea - weather permitting! Other seating areas are available to the front and side of the caravan.

Bookings & Conditions

This is strictly a no smoking/Vaping caravan.

Up to 2 well behaved Dog are now welcome as long as they are kept out of bedrooms - £15 charge per dog

No Hen/Stag parties

A refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your holiday start date.

A damage security deposit of £150 is also required to cover any damage, loss and/or breakages & must also be left in a reasonably clean condition on departure.This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure as long as everything is found to be in order.

Mattress protectors are not to be removed they are washable/wipeable & comfortable to sleep on. They are there to both protect the mattress & help stop the spread of germs ie covid. If the mattress is found to be stained a charge of £114 will be deducted from the security bond to replace the Mattress

Check-in is 4pm onwards

Check-out is 10am prompt. A charge of 50p per minute will be deducted from the security Waiver for late check-out.

Charging of electric cars is Strictly Not allowed.

Our caravan is situated at West Acres on a lovely sized end plot on Littlesea Holiday Park, which is a Haven site with fabulous facilities that include:
