Our lovely, warm & welcoming, 21 model, GOLD caravan
38' x 12’ Swift Bordeaux, 3 bedroom, pet friendly caravan on Littlesea Holiday Park in Weymouth, offers French doors leading out onto the wrap round decking with lovely views of fleet Lagoon

A lounge set with seat cushions & parasol included for those lovely warm days and cosy evenings


The caravan has fully central heating and double glazing, and there is parking for 2 cars available alongside on the grassed area

Facilities within the caravan include a free standing fridge/freezer in the kitchen, new 4 slice toaster matching kettle,
coffee maker, dishwasher .
Free standing dining table and chairs.
Plastic plates and cutler are provided for the little ones.

Throws and sofa cushions, 43in wall mounted smart TV in the lounge.
Unlimited WiFi code can be found in the welcome folder .


The caravan sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, one double and two singles ,single beds can be pushed together to make a double if needed
The master bedroom has a smart tv, along with its own en-suite WC.

Hairdryer provided,
Iron and ironing board.

All bedrooms have pillows and duvets with pillow and matress protectors,

A travel cot is also provided for the little ones, and bed guard .

Sorry, but no linen or towels are provided.

Passes are NOT included, but can be purchased from Reception on arrival
subject to availability,
or you can book on line once haven have send you your parking pass with your reference number.

Pet friendly limited to two dogs no large dogs please specify breed when booking no extra charge


Please state breeds when booking also use doggy sofa throws provided if you havnt brought your own .
A hoover and
cleaning products are provided .

Unlimited WiFi code is on guest folder,

Sorry, NO smoking inside or on the decking is allowed.

Bookings

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The final balance is due 6 weeks before the holiday start date. If your booking is within 6 weeks, the full cost will be required at the time of booking. We except short breaks or full weeks please email , message or WhatsApp for more information,

In addition, we require a £100 security deposit, which will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected following your departure and everything found in order with no damage, floors have been hoovered , fridge emptied and the caravan is left as you find it .

Term and conditions
We recommend you purchase holidays insurance to cover the cost of your holiday for last minute cancellations as we do not offer a refund if you cancel.

No electric or hybrid vehicle charging allowed security monitor regularly and will notify us you will loose your £100 security deposit


Location

5 * Littlesea Holiday Park is in Weymouth, Dorset, and offers wonderful views over the Jurassic coast. On site you will find 2 swimming pools, kids’ clubs, tennis courts, adventure golf and a show bar with evening entertainment, to name just a few.

There are lots of local attractions, including a beautiful beach, the SeaLife Centre in Weymouth, Abbotsbury Swannery, Monkey World and lots more.

The beautiful harbour is a short drive away - or just hop on the bus from the park into to town. There’s also a coastal path that leads past the Fleet Lagoon to chisel beach.

Don't feel like cooking? Why not visit Mash and Barrel, Papa John's or enjoy fish and chips.
