Caravan Description
Brand new 2015 Rio, 12ft x 28ft, 2 bedroom caravan sited in May 2015.
Central heated and double glazed with full insulation for comfort.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
Situated close to all amenities and offering good views of the lagoon, Chesil beach and the children's park, our caravan is within an easy walk of the main entertainment area and swimming pools.
The caravan comprises:
Kitchen
In the kitchen you will find all cooking utensils, plates etc., as well as a fridge freezer and microwave.
Lounge & Dining Area
The lounge has comfortable seating, a TV with DVD player and an in-built sound system. There is also a dining table with fixed seating.
Bedrooms
The caravan has one double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and one twin bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and drawers.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen (duvet covers, pillows cases and sheets) is not included. Please bring your own plus towels and tea towels etc.
Family shower room
Shower with folding doors, WC and wash basin.
Outside
We have a side decking with lockable gate and patio area with parking.
Booking
A phone call secures your booking with non-refundable deposit of £75.
A refundable surcharge of £75 is required against damage, breakables and loss.
We meet all guest with key on arrival.
The caravan is looked after and cleaned by ourselves.
Passes not included, but can be got up at Haven reception.

About the Area
On Littlesea Holiday Park you will find a site shop and coffee shop, Papa John's Express Pizzas, licensed cafeteria, launderette, adventure golf, two indoor swimming pools (plus one outdoor) with lifeguard, a tennis court, large entertainment show bar for all ages and a secure playground.There is also 24hr security on the holiday park.
There are many scenic walks along the coast and nearby Abbotsbury gardens and swannery. Other places to visit include Weymouth Sea Life Centre and tower, Weymouth's sandy beach and Portland, which are not far by car or bus. The bus runs from site to Weymouth Beach, shops and the Sealife centre.
There's also good scenic walks along the coastal area.
