Caravan Description

Our 3 bedroom, 13ft x 41ft, double glazed, central heated caravan is situated in a quiet, cosy corner of Lagoon Close.

This 'Platinum' graded caravan is in a cul-de-sac position with plenty of room and ample tarmac car parking space.

It is just a 5 minute level walk from the main entertainment area..

The caravan has a king size bed in main bedroom with en suite toilet and wash basin, it also has a walk-in wardrobe. There are two further twin single bedrooms, a shower room, kitchen and dining area and a spacious living area with patio doors to the veranda / decking area.

There is a table and four slide under chairs plus two other chairs on the decked veranda and a patio area to the side of the caravan with picnic table and seating for outdoor use.

A TV with DVD, books, games and puzzles are provided.
There is also a full inventory of cooking and dining requirements, with duvets and pillows for bedrooms.

Bed linen is not included, but arrangements can be made for beds to be made up for your arrival at an extra cost.

You will need to bring your own towels etc.

Bookings & Conditions

There is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy in my caravan; any sign of smoking or pets will result in the loss of the damage/breakage etc. payment and an extra charge of £100, for a deep clean of the caravan, can, will or may apply.

It is advisable to take out your own holiday insurance, as we do not refund any payment paid due to cancellation.

There are no single sex groups, Hen or Stag parties are not permitted, as per Haven rules.

A £100 deposit (non refundable) is required per week to secure the booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

A further £100 is required against breakage/damages etc., which is refundable should all be OK.

Electric or Hybrid cars are not permitted to use my electric for recharging your vehicles. The electricity is not sufficient to recharge vehicles as it will or may trip the electric supply or catch fire. Please use appropriate recharging points on park and at nearby garages etc. If ignored or used, then this will result in your breakages / damages etc. payment to be kept and not returned as breach of contract. This also applies to mobility scooters etc. There are recharging spaces in the parks main car park to recharge vehicles.
