We have a 2018, three bedroom, Swift Loire static caravan for rent on Littlesea Holiday Park in Dorset, located at Swan View and offering partial views of the Fleet Lagoon.

Caravan Description
Our lovely holiday caravan at Littlesea Holiday Park, is only a short walk from the entertainment complex.
The accommodation comprises of a lounge, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms; a shower room with toilet and wash basin; plus a separate toilet with hand basin.
The kitchen includes a microwave, cooker, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. There are also pots pans, oven trays, plates, cups and glasses, cutlery etc.
There is central heating throughout the caravan, as well as an electric flame effect fire in the lounge, where you will also find a TV and DVD player.
Each bedroom has a wardrobe/storage and is provided with duvets and pillows. However, you must provide your own bed linen, towels and tea towels etc.
A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided too.
Booking terms & Conditions ( full terms and conditions will be sent with booking form)
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your dates. The final balance must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival.
If booking within a month of your arrival date, the full amount must be paid at time of booking.
We also require a refundable deposit of £100 to cover any loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for excessive cleaning. This will be returned to you once the caravan has been checked following your departure and everything found to be as it should.
If the park has to unexpectedly close causing us to have to cancel your holiday, you will receive a full refund. If this was to happen during your stay you will be refunded the remainder of your holiday only. However, you will only receive your refundable security deposit once the caravan has been checked and everything found to be in order, as detailed above.
If you cancel your holiday prior to 6 weeks before your holiday commences you will receive a refund, minus your non-refundable deposit of £50.
We highly recommended that you take out holiday insurance when booking your holiday, as you may need this if you have to cancel your holiday due to illness, particularly if you have to cancel during our non-refundable period (6 weeks before holiday commencing).
Please Note: If you are removed or asked to leave the holiday park by security for any reason, you will not be refunded.
Smoking and vaping is NOT ALLOWED in the caravan.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the caravan.
Haven DOES NOT ALLOW the charging of electric vehicles from the caravan. There are designated charging points around the site.
We ask that you leave the caravan as you expect to find it; clean and tidy, with all kitchen items washed and returned to cupboards and all rubbish disposed of in the allocated bins located around the site.
Entertainment passes are NOT INCLUDED in our rental price, but can be purchased direct from Reception. These are required for the show bar and swimming pool, but you can access the restaurant and arcade without an entertainment pass.
