Caravan Description

Complete with full insulation for your added comfort, our privately owned caravan at Littlesea Holiday Park, is within an easy walk of the main entertainment area and swimming pools.

The caravan comprises:

Kitchen – with all cooking utensils, a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc.

Lounge & Dining Area – complete with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and an in-built sound system. There is also a dining table and seating.

Bedrooms - the caravan has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The double bedroom has a wall-mounted TV, wardrobe and dressing table, along with an en-suite shower and toilet. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and drawers.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen (duvet covers, pillows cases and sheets) is NOT included, so please remember to bring your own, along with your own towels.

Family bathroom – comprising a shower with folding doors, a WC and wash basin.

Outside - we have a side decking with gate, plus a veranda at the front of the caravan with seating. A patio area and parking are available at the front of the caravan.


Bookings & Conditions

Sorry, NO pets and NO smoking allowed.

A phone call, text message or email will secure your booking, along with a non-refundable deposit of £100.

Full payment must be paid 6 weeks before your stay. For cancellations, a full refund will be given if notice is within 4 weeks of your holiday start date. If shorter notice than 4 weeks’ notice, only 50% will be refunded.

A refundable security deposit of £100 is required against any loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean. As long as everything is found in good order, this will be refunded as soon as possible after your departure.

We request that the caravan is left as you find it, clean and tidy, with bins emptied, surfaces cleaned etc. A hoover, mop and cleaning products are provided for use by guests. Whilst a cleaning fee is added to your stay, this is to thoroughly disinfect all areas of the caravan following your visit and before new guest arrival.

All we ask is to be respectful of our property.

Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is by10am.

Please return keys to key safe on the decking.

Passes are NOT included in our hire price, but can be purchased at Haven Reception.



Important Information

In line with Government requirements, we are obliged to request the following information from you before you arrive at Haven’s Littlesea Holiday Park:

. All guest names (adults and children – all members of your party)
. Your email address (in order to provide you with a code to check-in/out of the park)
. Your arrival time (as accurate as is possible)
. Your car registration number for booking you in

Failure to provide this information may delay your entry to the resort, or at worst, mean you will be refused entry, so please ensure you provide the information asap but no later than 3 days before your holiday so we can provide haven with the details they need.
