Caravan Description
New to let for 2024 season:

Within our 2021 static caravan for hire on Littlesea Holiday Park (with views of Beach and Sea), there is ample seating in the lounge, along with a table, TV, dining table with seating, and a lovely feature fireplace, which is ideal for chilly mornings and evenings.
The well-equipped kitchen has a full-size gas cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge with a freezer compartment, cutlery and crockery for 6 people.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms; 1 double and 2 twin (beds can be pushed together) with all bedrooms having storage and heating.
Duvets and pillows are included in the rental price, but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels etc. as these are NOT provided. (also please note that Haven passes are NOT included)
There is a shower room with a WC and wash basin, plus a further WC with hand basin in a separate room.
Outside, leading from the living room, there is a small decking area suitable for smokers (NOT permitted inside) or to view the sunrise/ sunset AND to leave muddy shoes/boots.
Car parking is available for one car at the side of the caravan.

Important Notes
. For insurance reasons, the number of guests on arrival must equal the number stated at the time of booking
. The caravan must be left in the same clean condition upon check out as it was for check in, to ensure the return of deposits
. As this is a private let, Haven reception should not be used for anything regarding the accommodation
. Keys to be collected from a lock box attached to caravan
