Caravan Description

This beautiful modern 3-bedroom caravan with full central heating and double glazing is perfect for families, friends, or couples.

It is situated on the sunflower area of the 5* Hoburne Park and is a great place if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing break but is only minutes away from the facilities on the site or a stroll to the beach.

Happy to offer short breaks or weekends so please ask if not listed.

We offer 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet (Handy for when the shower is being hogged) and open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.

The lounge is comfortable and spacious with an L-shaped sofa opening up into a double sofa bed, a TV, DVD Player, PS2 , electric fire and Wi-Fi access.

The kitchen comprises with freezer, fridge, hob, oven, microwave, Air Fryer (single drawer) and anything else you need for your stay. The Kitchen door opens onto a sunny all-day-long decking where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a lovely glass of wine in the evening.

In the master bedroom, there is a double bed, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes, and a small dressing table.

The 2 twin rooms have twin beds, and built-in wardrobes.

The bathroom has a large shower cubical and sink. The holiday home also benefits from having a separate toilet and sink.

The decking is a wraparound, and you will have the sun all day from the positioning of the caravan and there is parking next to the caravan.




Location

There are lots of things available to do on-site including two swimming pools - indoor and outdoor (the outdoor pool is only open in the summer) crazy golf, a gym, multi sports area, a soft play area for toddlers, a park/play area, arcade, restaurant /cafe/ bar, evening entertainment and a kid’s club.

Access to the beach & Mudeford Quays are within walking distance, with the New Forest only a short drive away making it a great location to explore the area.

The passes used on all of the above are included in the prices.

The local area has many lovely bars and restaurants to choose from including; The Oaks, James & White, The Noisy Lobster, and The Boathouse these are just a few offering some tasty delights! You really will be spoilt for choice.

Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Lidl, and Aldi are all located very close by and there is a Spar located just outside the boundary of the site.

The closest town is Christchurch.

This caravan is to be used by 6 people and must not be rented as part of an extended group of family/friends.

A 20% deposit is required upon booking, together with a £100 security deposit in case of damages – this will be refunded within 7 days of you leaving as long as everything is in order.

The balance of the holiday is due 6 weeks before your stay – the 20% reservation deposit will not be refunded should you cancel after this time.
