Caravan Description

For hire is our homely, double glazed & central heated, three bedroom ABI Summer Breeze situated at Hoburne Park in Christchurch, Dorset. Voted 5 stars.

The open plan living space consists of a lounge with a TV, DVD player, DVDs. books, games and a fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, Dolce Gosto coffee machine,slow cooker, iron/ironing board. With the lounge area is the dining table and seating.

In the sleeping quarters there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All of the mattresses are sprung deluxe and are brand new 2022.Travel cot for babies .

There is a bathroom with a toilet, wash basin, a shower and a separate toilet with wash basin. We provide you with hand towels, tea towels, tea, coffee etc, but we ask that you bring your own towels/beach towels please.

Outside we have a wrap-around decking area with table and four chairs plus swing chair and table.

There is strictly NO pets and NO smoking allowed in the van.

No all-male or all female groups. We provide all bedding

We require a £100 none refundable Deposit to secure your holiday and £100 refundable cleaning deposit, this will be refunded if there is no damage etc when you leave.Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday

Check in 3pm/Check out 10am.

Entertainment passes are £55 per family not included in price ,you will need these if you wish to use entertainment facilities, please let me know if you want these.

Location

We are situated just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Avon beach, a 3 minute walk to the entertainment complex.

The entertainment complex has an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, outdoor heated pool [ may to October], small soft play area, park, crazy golf, gym, TV, sports room, restaurant, evening entertainment for all the family and bingo. There is a dog walking area near the complex.

Locally there is a Sainsbury’s, and nice garden centre opposite, McDonalds, Burger King, Sports Direct, Matalan, Aldi at Meteor Retail Park, and Spar just off site.

Also nearby just a short car journey away is the New Forest, Christchurch, local bus service [opposite Hoburne Park entrance] to Lymington town centre and Quay.
