Caravan Description

We are offering our lovely two bedroom caravan for your next staycation on Hoburne Park in Christchurch, Dorset, benefitting from wraparound decking and its own parking space right alongside.

The main clubhouse and park’s facilities are very close to the caravan; just minutes walk away.

Our caravan has two bedrooms, one twin and one double, both with a fitted wardrobe and a TV. There is also an additional double sofa bed in the lounge, which allows you to sleep up to 6 people in the caravan.

The kitchen is well equipped with your usual, pots, pans and cutlery, along with a kettle, microwave, toaster, oven/grill and hob, fridge and freezer, plus all the essentials that you may need.

The bathroom room has a large shower, toilet and hand basin.

There is a spacious lounge with dining table for 4+, plus plenty of comfortable seating, a fire and TV with Freeview, plus a DVD player.

Electric heaters are located throughout the caravan.

Outside we have a large wraparound decking that is gated; an ideal spot for sunbathing or eating.

Families and couples only.

Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed.

Prices are including the park passes – these can be taken off the price if you’re not intending on using the facilities.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors will be provided for the bedrooms, but you will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.

Towels are not provided.

Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 10.30am. These times can be flexible depending on other bookings – please just ask. We may be able to offer short breaks or a different arrival day too, just ask.

Location

Hoburne Park is a 5* site located in the Mudeford/Christchurch area of Dorset, close to Bournemouth, so excellent for all the family. It is within a 15 minute walk of Avon beach at Mudeford, and just a short drive from the New Forest.

On site facilities include a clubhouse with great entertainment; indoor and outdoor pools; play areas; crazy golf; a multi-sports area; café bar and restaurant; gym; arcade and other entertainment venue; tennis court; and laundry facilities.

A Spar shop is within walking distance and Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Waitrose, Matalan and Lidl are only a short drive away.

There are some great restaurants in the area too, along with a take away.
