Caravan Description

Our modern ‘Platinum’ graded caravan has a larger than average, sunny and gated wraparound deck and is ideally situated in the popular cul-de-sac Tulip Field on the 5* Hoburne Park.

This 2 bedroom Atlas Status measures 38' x 12' and benefits from having double glazing and central heating in all rooms.

The lounge has patio doors opening onto a spacious and sunny deck where you will find rattan dining furniture and sofa. Within the lounge there is a 42" TV with Freeview and DVD player, along with a dining table with 4 chairs in the dining area.

The well-equipped kitchen has a large integrated fridge/freezer, electric hob and eye level oven and microwave. There is also a kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, WC and wash basin. There is also a TV with Freeview and DVD player. Hangers and a hairdryer are supplied.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe with hangers.

The main bathroom has a large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

We supply duvets and pillows for your stay, but you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Booking Conditions


****Strictly NO smoking and NO pets allowed****

You MUST NOT charge an electric vehicle from the caravan under any circumstances. Excessive electricity use will result in your security deposit not being returned.


We only accept reservations from couples and families.
THIS CARAVAN IS TO BE USED BY 4 PEOPLE ONLY.
NOT TO BE RENTED AS PART OF AN EXTENDED GROUP OF FAMILY/FRIENDS.

PLEASE NOTE: Our rental price INCLUDES Hoburne Membership Passes for your stay, which are required for you to use the site’s facilities, such as pools and entertainment.

A 20% deposit is required upon booking, together with £100 security deposit in case of damages - this will be refunded within 7 days of you leaving the caravan as long as everything is in order. Please note that you would not be charged for small mishaps such as breaking a glass etc.

The balance of the holiday is due 6 weeks before your stay - the 20% reservation deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellations after this time.

Bookings made within 6 weeks of your stay need to be paid in full at time of booking, 20% of which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
