Platinum rated modern luxury caravan with double glazing and central heating.
Spacious 38 x 13 Regal Kensington has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4, single pull-out bed in lounge plus room for a baby in cot.
Quietly situated on pitch Honeysuckle 41 Hoburne Park, our caravan benefits from having a sunny and gated deck with table and chairs. Parking bay is a few steps away.
The spacious lounge has 2 settees, a flat screen smart TV with Freeview & DVD player. A cosy fire, along with a doors out to the decking. There is a dining table for 4 plus breakfast-bar for 2.
The modern fitted kitchen includes electric cooker and large fridge/freezer. Microwave. kettle, toaster and all necessary equipment provided.
Our large bedroom has king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite WC, plus room for a travel cot. Wall mounted TV
The twin bedded room with wardrobe, can be made into a double-bed on request. Our caravan is ideal for a family or 2 couples sharing.
There is a family shower room with basin & WC
This is our own personal caravan so is fitted out to a high standard with many extras not normally found in rental caravans.
We do not allow guests to bring pets, but please be aware that our small dog does stay in this caravan.
It is an all electric caravan with electric included.
Beds will be made up for your arrival (cot and bedding not provided). A bed guard and high chair are available free of charge.
Towels can be provided for a small fee for guests travelling from abroad or by public transport.
Hoburne leisure passes are included in the cost of your stay
Free Wi-Fi is available in the caravan
We take a £100 security deposit. This is refunded a week after your stay following a successful check of the caravan.

About the Area
Hoburne Park is perfect for a family holiday. It has indoor and outdoor heated pools, a sauna, steam room & fitness suite. The entertainment complex with Sammy Seahorse club for children and adult evening entertainment is open daily in season. There is a bar, restaurant, coffee shop & take-away. Also children's playgrounds, multi-sports pitch, mini golf, games arcade, toddler soft-play area and a launderette.The well-equipped local shop is a 5 minute walk from the park. Large supermarket 5 mins drive away.
Hoburne Park Leisure Passes to access all the entertainment and leisure facilities ARE included in our caravan hire cost.
Hoburne Park is between Highcliffe and Mudeford, Dorset. You can walk to Avon beach or Mudeford Quay in just 15 minutes.
Christchurch town and harbour is 2 miles away and has plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and tea rooms.
Popular New Forest attractions are a short drive away. There are numerous sporting activities nearby, such as golf, fishing, sailing, kite-surfing etc.
Lymington (10 miles) is a popular market town with many High Street and designer shops. You can catch the ferry to the Isle of Wight from the harbour.
Bournemouth (8 miles) with miles of sandy beaches has all that you would expect to find in a major seaside resort.
Hoburne Park is for families or couples only - No single sex groups allowed on site.
