‘Palm Trees’ is our luxurious holiday home for rent on the 5* Hoburne Park holiday resort in Christchurch, Dorset, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the sought after Tulip area.

Caravan Description
‘Palm Trees’ is new to the holiday market for summer 2024, This beautiful holiday home offers wonderful views of the trees and open green space from the large sunny wraparound decked area that catches the sun all day. Situated in a in a convenient position in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the clubhouse and pools.
Bookable Days are flexible, please ask if you have specific dates and we will do our best to accommodate.
The holiday home has central heating throughout, stylish & contemporary décor, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Within the lounge there is a new 40” smart TV with Guest Profiles enabling viewing of Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Paramount+ for Kids, also an HDMI cable for use of your own console and everything connects through the latest super fast Fibre broadband/Wi-Fi that was installed 2024.
There are French doors opening out onto the secure decking area with patio furniture.
The kitchen has everything that you could need for your self-catering holiday. Brand new appliances including an air fryer, digital microwave, kettle & toaster. An oven & grill plus a fridge freezer. Ideal for families, equipped with children’s cups, plates & cutlery. There is also a small selection of toys & games. Use of a highchair and/or travel cot is available upon request, for no additional cost - please ask.
There are 2 bedrooms, a master that boasts an en-suite WC, and a twin bedroom with two 2'6 beds. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge. Ideal for Families or 5 or 6! Linen and towels are included within the price.
Club entertainment passes are included where stated in the description, these give access to use the pools, health suite and to the live entertainment venue for adults and children. If not included passes would be £55.00 extra per 7 days, this covers your entire group using our accommodation.(up to 6)
Early check in may be available at an additional cost of £30, this would move check in from 4pm to 11am.(if guests are departing on the morning of your arrival, this would not be possible due to the incredibly thorough clean carried before each and every stay)
