Caravan Description
‘Palm Trees’ is new to the holiday market in 2024, This stylish & comfortable holiday home set on Tulip (millionaire’s drive) a quiet cul-de-sac close to the clubhouse and pools. There is a large sunny wraparound south facing deck that catches the sun all day.
Dates are flexible, please ask if you have specific dates and we will do our best to accommodate.
The holiday home has central heating throughout, stylish & contemporary décor, large open plan kitchen and dining area. Spacious lounge and a new 40” smart TV with Guest access Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Paramount+ for Kids, also an HDMI cable for use of your own console. There is super fast Fibre broadband/Wi-Fi that was installed 2024.

The kitchen has everything that you could need for a self-catering holiday. Brand new appliances including an air fryer, microwave, kettle & toaster. An oven & grill plus a fridge freezer. Ideal for families, equipped with children’s cups, plates & cutlery. There is also a small selection of toys & games. Use of a highchair and/or travel cot is available upon request, for no additional cost - please ask.
There are 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed with en-suite WC, dressing table & wardrobes and a twin bedroom with two 2'6 beds. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests providing flexibility and is Ideal for families with 3 children!
Club entertainment passes are available if required @ £55 per booking for up to 7 days.
These give access to use the pools, health suite, gym and to the live entertainment venue for adults and children including tots o’ clock, Sammy’s squad! Bingo beats, live@9 and Hoburne hub during peak seasons
Early check in may be available at an additional cost of £30, this would move check in from 4pm to 10am.

There are a number of supermarkets and restaurants all within a few minutes’ drive, Sainsbury’s, Aldi & Lidl, Starlight Indian restaurant/delivery Christchurch, Toby Carvery, Beefeater, KFC, and McDonalds.
Please note that the clubhouse is currently undergoing refurbishment and restaurant has temporarily moved to the entertainment venue. Full Refurbishment due to complete in March 2025
