Caravan Description

This new, luxury caravan for hire at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park, sits right next door to our second, new caravan, so ideal for larger families or friends wishing to holiday together.

Both caravans are in a truly wonderful position and have enclosed, secure fencing.

Our lovely Swift caravan comes complete with a gas barbecue, garden furniture and rotary clothes line. There is a patio with small lawn and parking for two cars. It also has an outside tap with small attached hose to wash your furry friend’s paws.

The caravan is a fully centrally heated, spacious, six berth holiday home. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with sink and toilet. There is also large dressing table area which incorporates a 32” Smart TV. The second bedroom is twin bedded, also having plenty of storage space. Superior bed linen is provided for you to enjoy a comfortable stay. A hairdryer is available too.

The main bathroom has a power shower, wash basin and WC, plus plenty of cupboard space, hooks, rails and a shower rack for your convenience. We provide a bath mat, which is laundered with the bedding, but please provide your own towels, tea towels, beach towels and dog towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with four ring gas oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and air fryer. All crockery, cutlery and glasses are provided. There are two large dog bowls too, so no need to bring these with you.

The dining area has a table and four chairs. There are also two pull-out stools from the coffee table, which could be used for children.

The spacious lounge has large floor to ceiling windows, plenty of seating, a recliner chair and a 50” Smart TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime available. Monopoly, playing cards etc. are provided too and we do have our own designated internal Wi-Fi hub. A double pull out bed is provided within one sofa, all bedding is included.



Bookings & Conditions

Two dogs are allowed. We do not specify size, but DO NOT allow them in the bedrooms to protect our quality bedding. The Park does request that dogs are not left alone in the caravan.

There is an additional charge for £20 for each dog.

Six entertainment passes are provided, which includes access to all the wonderful Jurassic Club entertainment, swimming pools, Jacuzzi, steam room and gym. The ten pin bowling alley is chargeable. Please note that any lost passes will be charged at £10 per pass.

£150 secures your booking. Full payment must be received 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date. This initial deposit will then act as a security deposit to cover and loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean. Should everything be found in good order, this will be refunded within 7 days of your stay.

Park Rules do stipulate that electric vehicles MUST NOT be charged from the caravan under any circumstances, as this would result in damage to the park’s main circuit.

Due to park rules we are unable to hire to the following:
. Parties whose members are under the age of 21
. Parties which exceed the number of berths available
. Stag or hen parties
