Caravan Description

40’ x 15’ Skydeck caravan situated on the award-winning, 5* Chesil Vista Park (part of the Waterside Holiday Group) & offering panoramic views of the Isle of Portland, Portland Harbour, Chesil Beach & the Fleet Lagoon over to the open sea.

Chesil Vista Park is situated at the lower end of Wyke Regis, conveniently located near Weymouth and Portland. It is adjacent to the South Coast Coastal Path and just a short stroll from Smallmouth and Chesil Beach.

The Skydeck is one of the Park’s ‘Signature Grade’ accommodation and is furnished to a high standard, with parking for 2 cars alongside. It is situated in the ‘Vista’ area of the Park, which is only a short walk from the main buildings and the award-winning Breeze Restaurant and bars.

There is Wi-Fi available.

The accommodation is very spacious and offers gas fired central heating and double glazing throughout.

The large lounge/diner has two comfortable sofas (one with pull-out double sofa bed) and two armchairs, along with a flat screen TV and integrated sound system, with iPod dock (30 pin). It also has an electric convection fire, which will take the chill off the air without heating the whole caravan. There is an extendable table and four chairs too.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge/freezer; full size electric oven and gas hob; microwave; dishwasher; washing machine; wine cooler; toaster and kettle.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite with wash basin, WC and shower. The bedrooms also has patio doors onto the veranda.

The second bedroom has two 2’6” beds, a fitted wardrobe, storage cupboards and TV/DVD.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, a WC and wash basin, along with a heated towel rail.

On the Skydeck there is outdoor furniture and a table and four chairs on the side veranda.

Duvets, pillows and appropriate protectors are supplied. Bed linen can be provided, but if you would prefer to bring your own please indicate this on the booking form.

We can provide towels too, but would ask that you bring your own towels for the beach and/or swimming.

One well behaved dog may be permitted with prior consent. Park rules state that dogs must be registered and not left unattended in the property.

The Skydeck is let on a NO SMOKING basis and we are unable to accept bookings for party groups, i.e. Hen/Stag parties.

BBQs are not permitted anywhere on the decking, nor in the area next to the caravan.

There is a minimum stay limit at busy times, such as Bank Holidays and peak season.

A refundable Security Bond of £100 is payable in case of breakages.

Bookings are provisional until a booking form is received and non refundable deposit of £50 is paid


Location

Chesil Vista Park is situated at the lower end of Wyke Regis, conveniently located near Weymouth and Portland.

On site you will find an entertainment complex, which hosts kids and family/adult entertainment.
The Leisure Centre has a swimming pool/slide, Jacuzzi and toddlers’ pool. There is also a fitness room and sauna. Outdoors there is a kids’ play park and a sports field with outdoor gym equipment.

As a guest on this 5* holiday park you will have access to the facilities and entertainment on site. However, there is a nominal fee for use of these facilities and passes can be purchased from Guest Reception – these are not included in our rental price.
