This immaculate holiday home completed it’s universal appeal with wonderful views to the sea and for those railway enthusiasts, the Paignton – Dartmouth Steam Railway line is only meters away from the decking!
Outside is an L shape decking with patio furniture allowing you to sit and watch the world go by over a nice glass of something cold!
This property is available with unlimited Wi-fi for up to 5 devices at the cost of £15 per week.
Entertainment passes are not included in our rental price, but are available from the park at the cost of £6.30 per person.

Out and About:
One of the brightest jewels in the English Riviera’s crown, Paignton has a long stretch of beautiful and easily accessible beachfront with a traditional promenade and green.
There's plenty to do here all-year-round with a huge number of indoor and outdoor attractions, including its 18th Century Harbour, Pier, amazing beaches, arcades, restaurants, waterpark – and Paignton is dog friendly too!
While in Paignton, why not take a trip on its famous Steam Railway, which takes you on a picturesque voyage of discovery along beautiful coves and beaches, over historic viaducts and along the stunning River Dart to Kingswear, passing this property along the way!
You can cross over to Dartmouth and take a scenic riverboat to visit Agatha Christie’s famous riverside residence at Greenway (now National Trust) or relax over a coffee, while soaking up some of the local history.
The Park:
Our caravan is located within just 200 hundred yards of all the site facilities, which include an outdoor heated indoor swimming pool and sun terrace (new for 2023), a Bar/Restaurant, a shop and a launderette.
Within a short walk you will find a beach and a cliff top walk with breath-taking views of Torbay!
There is a bus service that runs from just outside the main park entrance, offering connection to both Brixham and Paignton, where you will be able to make connections to all of Torbay and the surrounding areas.
A pleasant drive away you will find the towns of Paignton, Brixham, Torquay, Dartmouth and Babbacombe.
The park is an ideal base for days out at Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Splashdown Waterpark and we are located on the South West costal path for those avid walkers.
There are plenty of things to see and do in the surrounding area for the thrill seekers and those looking for a more relaxing break.
