2019 12’ x 36’ Gold caravan for hire on South Bay Holiday Park in Brixham.
Within minutes to all the parks facilities located on Bearsdown field. With all the mod cons you’d expect including fully double glazed and central heated throughout a large lounge with LCD Freeview TV with DVD player, colour changing electric fireplace a modern kitchen with all the amenities you could require including a air fryer and a dining table.

It sleeps 8 guests in total, 6 guests in the 3 bedrooms, (1 double bed and 4 single beds) plus a further 2 guests on the double pull-out bed in the lounge. All bedding is included (if you prefer to bring your own that's fine please just say)

The large bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. There’s also a separate second toilet with hand basin..

Outside we have a nice size decking secured with gate, plus table and chairs so you can enjoy the partial sea view.

On South Bay Holiday Park with you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the indoor heated pool or swim though to the outdoor pool, where you will find a flume and sun bathing deck chairs. Other facilities on site include a convenience store, launderette, crazy golf, kids’ outdoor play area and a small amusement arcade, all this with just a couple of minutes walk from the caravan.

There’s also an entertainment venue with free Wi-Fi, and ‘Stripeys’ regularly have daytime activities going on for the children. In the entertainment venue you have a bar; Chef's Corner where you can get hot and cold food (takeaway too); evening entertainment, which includes children's Trixie's tots, Foxy Fun House, adult bingo, bingo beatz and a main event.


Bookings and Conditions

Passes are not included in our prices but can be purchased from reception if required (passes/prices are per van and NOT per person).

Its NON SMOKING or VAPEING and PET FREE SORRY.

Gas, Electricity and all Bedding is included in the price..


We take payment by bank transfer and a £50 non refundable deposit is required for all short breaks (weekdays and weekends) and a £100 non refundable deposit is required for each full week breaks and remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival date. If they is less then 6 weeks all the money would be due on booking..

Sleeps a maximum of 8 people 2 in each bedroom and with 2 in the lounge
