This large, luxury grade caravan is on South Bay Holiday Park in Brixham, and is a large 3 bedroom caravan with an additional sofa bed, so will sleep up to 8 people.

Double glazing and central heating. Complimentary WiFi.
Outside decking with table and chairs.
The large, spacious lounge has plenty of seating and is open plan with the dining area and kitchen. Radiators and a fireplace.
There is a 42" Smart TV with complimentary WiFi..
The kitchen has all the equipment you will need including an oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
The main bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and radiator. The two other bedrooms have twin beds, wardrobes and radiators.
There is a seperate wc. This is next to the Shower room which has a thermostatic control.
The kitchen has a full size cooker with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. All the utensils for cooking are available, but you may want a break from cooking, so why not visit the many local eateries? There is a take-away and eat-in on the Park.
There is a shower room with wash basin, and shower with thermostatic controls.
Gas, electric, WiFi, and bed linen are included in the price. Please ask about charges for Park Passes.
Outside is a veranda for sitting out on those sunny days with a table and chairs.
Parking is close by.
Pet friendly. A supplement of £30.00 for 7 nights or £20.00 for a short stay is additional to the caravan cost.
