Caravan Description

Modern 2 bedroom, 4-6 berth caravan for hire on South Bay Holiday Park in Brixham, Devon.

This self-catering accommodation on South Bay Holiday Park, offers one en-suite double room and second bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed). It also offers the flexibility of pulling out the sofa bed in the living room.

There is a nice size bathroom with shower and wash basin.

The kitchen facilities include gas oven and 4 hobs, microwave, under counter fridge with small freezer, toaster, kettle along with plenty of cupboard storage space.

The living room offers HD TV with Freeview and built in DVD player, gas fireplace, along with heaters in all rooms and bathroom, dining area with table and stalls along with corner sofa.

The caravan also has an outside area with a private terrace area with patio chairs and table, which great to relax with a drink on those sunny summer mornings and evenings.

Bed linen is included. However, bath towels and tea towels are not included. A launderette is available on site, at a separate cost.

Parking is available a short walk away from the caravan. No parking on the grass areas permitted.


Bookings & Conditions

NO smoking or vaping is permitted inside the caravan.

NO pets allowed.

Hire is available for families only. NO group bookings allowed, as the site is family holiday park.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required upon booking. Any remaining balance is required 6 weeks before your arrival date. However, if your dates are within 6 weeks, the full amount will be payable at the time of booking.

We take payment by bank transfers only.

Check-in is from 3pm
Check-out at is by10am

Passes are NOT included in our prices, but can be purchased from Reception if required (pass prices are per caravan and NOT per person).
