Caravan Description
This is a 2 bedroom luxury caravan holiday home and has modern and up to date features throughout including:
Full domestic gas combi boiler central heating & double glazing. Car hard standing parking with hose and outside tap and shower. En-suite Master bedroom with wardrobe and cupboard storage space, TV & hairdryer and a Twin bedroom which also has a wardrobe and cupboard storage. There is a modern shower room with sink and WC with hand wash basin.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well-equipped. It includes an extractor hood, fridge/freezer, modern domestic cooker, microware, pop-up toaster, kettle and fold away ironing board. Crockery and cutlery are provided as are the cooking utensils.
The lounge area has a double pull-out bed as well as an electric fire, 32"LCD TV with ‘Free Sat HD’ satellite available, DVD player and an overhead cooling fan. The holiday site has only a limited number of Freeview stations due to its position in the valley.
Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and all electrical equipment is PAT tested annually.
Our holiday home stands on a solid base with hard standing to park the car. It is situated in the 'Private Owners' cul-de-sac at the top end of Ruda Park which helps to make it a quiet part of the site. Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs, rotary clothes line and bin. Also for your use there is a coal BBQ and in the outside box there are items for the beach including a wind break.
As we own this caravan, we try to keep and maintain it to a high standard as we use it ourselves when not hired.
It has views over the site towards the sea, hills and Clovelly/Hartland coastline.
The only thing we can't guarantee is the sunshine!
The Blue Flag beach is just a short stroll away and is renowned as an international surfing venue.

About the Area
Ruda Park has superb on site facilities including an entertainment lounge with nightly shows etc., supermarket, take away, surf hire, diner, cafes and Cascades indoor tropical adventure pool (small fee).The entertainment staff at Ruda Park keep the children (and the parents) busy with a non-stop programme of events both indoors and out.
Locally
The picturesque village of Croyde is a delight to see with its many thatched buildings. There are many walks including beach, country and cliff paths.
Stand on 'Baggy Point' and look out over the bay to Lundy Island. Walk a little further and you can look down on 'Woolacombe Beach'.
There are many local attractions and places of interest in North Devon so rest assured, there is something for everyone to enjoy in and around the Croyde district without having to travel too far.
