Two small well behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times whilst on the park. No extra charge for the dogs
The Accommodation
Fully central heated and double glazed, Amenbury Lodge has a stunning open plan living and dining area, with patio doors opening up to fantastic sea views. The dining area consists of a four seat dining table and chairs. The lounge offers a three seat sofa and an armchair; a freestanding coffee table; wall-mounted TV unit and an electric fire. This is an ideal space for all the family to sit and relax whilst watching a film on Sky.
The kitchen area is a perfect workspace between the lounge and kitchen. Open plan and fully fitted, it includes a gas cooker, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, a variety of kitchen utensils and plenty of cupboards for storage. Also available is a washing machine, dishwasher and Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. You will also find an iron and ironing board; clothes airer and hair dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, TV, side table and bedroom lamp. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with shower unit, WC and sink. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Both bedrooms will be ready made for your arrival. Towels will also be provided.
The family bathroom is a good, spacious size and has a full size bath with shower over, a sink and WC.
To the outside of the lodge we have a wraparound decking with patio furniture. The sea views from the decking are amazing.
Parking is available for one car. The car parking space is a few metres away from the lodge, in a row of numbered spaces. Extra parking is available in the un-numbered bays.
Gas, electric, bed linen and towels are included in the price of your stay, along with Wi-Fi.
Amenbury lodge is available for full weeks or part weeks.
Check in on the day of arrival is from 3pm. Check out is by 10 am.
Booking conditions
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. Full payment must be received 6 weeks before your arrival date.
If booking within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
A £100 security deposit will be added on to the advertised price. This will be refunded within 48 hours of departure once the lodge has been checked by the cleaners and there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an extensive clean.
Location
There are no direct facilities at Riviera Bay, making this a relaxing place to stay. Guests at Riviera Bay are able to use the facilities at Landscove Holiday Park, which is a 10 - 15 minute walk from Riviera Bay. Facilities at Landscove include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, shop, bar and club with entertainment.
Passes for Landscove are not included in our rental price, but can be purchased from the Reception at Landscove.
Facilities are not available at Landscove from 31st October to 1st March.
There is easy access to the Coastal Path, where you can take a walk to Berry Head and enjoy the views and the Guardhouse café.
