Lodge Description

The Lookout Lodge is our beautiful, superior holiday lodge for hire on Riviera Bay Holiday Park in Brixham, offering some unique, uninterrupted and stunning front row views out to St Mary’s Bay and Sharkham Point.

We accept short break bookings, as well as 7 and 14 night bookings.

This superior, platinum grade lodge has full central heating, full double glazing throughout, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and free Wi-Fi.

The open plan living area is comprised of the lounge, kitchen and diner. The kitchen includes a double oven/grill, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and an integrated fridge/freezer. The kitchen also boasts a central island with a hob and extractor hood, 2 pull-up plug towers and 3 breakfast stools. The dining area has a 6 seat, freestanding table and chairs, with lovely views out to the bay through the bi-fold doors. In the lounge area you will find 2 freestanding sofas and 2 wing back chairs looking out to the bay through the second set of bi-fold doors. There’s also a fireplace with an electric fire, along with a wall-mounted Smart TV.

Off the lounge and dining room there are 2 sets of bi-fold doors that open out onto a large deck, complete with rattan furniture, which looks out to the Bay of St Mary’s Beach which is one of the best views that can be enjoyed with family and friends.

The master bedroom has a super king size bed and a walk-in dressing room with fitted wardrobes and drawers, along with a dressing table and large mirror. The master bedroom also has a large en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, along with a dressing table with mirror over and fitted mirrored wardrobes. There is also a door leading through to the main bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds, along with a fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom has a full size bath and a separate shower enclosure, along with a sink, toilet and plenty of storage, including a large mirror with lighting above.

All beds will be made up prior to your arrival. Hand towels and shower towels are included.

We require a £100 damage deposit with your final payment, which will be fully refunded 48 hours after departure once the lodge has been cleaned and checked by housekeeping and everything found to be in order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

Location

Riviera Bay Holiday Park is situated in Brixham in the ever-popular, beautiful county of Devon.

Please Note: Due to the refurbishment at Riviera Bay, there are no facilities on the Park. While you are staying at The Lookout Lodge, you are able to use the limited facilities on our sister park, Landscove Holiday Park, which is just a two minute drive or a 10 minute walk along the coastal path.

Landscove facilities this season will only include an outdoor pool with a cover over and a bar.

The Lookout Lodge has some unique, uninterrupted and stunning front row views out to St Mary’s Bay and Sharkham Point, with direct access to the South Coast Path, which is only a short walk from Berry Head. Along the Coastal Path you will find the Guardhouse Café, where you can to stop for some refreshments for the day. Here you will find the most amazing views of Torbay.

There is a bus service that stops outside the park, taking you into Brixham, where you can catch a connecting bus to travel anywhere around Torbay.

A short drive away is Paignton Zoo Environmental Park and Splashdown Waterpark, as well as Paignton Pier, which has a great atmosphere and includes a big amusement arcade – it’s a great place where you're spoiled for choice if you're looking for something to eat or to tickle your tastebuds.

In Torquay there is Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Cavern and Dinosaur Land. If you like a game of crazy golf there is Pirate Golf on Paignton seafront. If you like watersports you can hire a jet ski from Brixham Harbour or you can go fishing off Breakwater for a bit of peace and tranquillity.
