Lodge Description

Aurora Belle, our much loved, luxury front row lodge at Riviera Bay has uninterrupted views of St Mary’s Bay and Sharkham Point. The view takes in the morning sun rise and if you look carefully you may see dolphins or seals in the bay below.

The lodge is fully central heated, double glazed and has a spacious open plan living space comprising of a kitchen, lounge and dining area designed to take advantage of the stunning panoramic view.

The fully equipped kitchen has an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, double oven with grill/ hob, extractor hood, built in dishwasher and a kitchen island with stools.

The lounge area has two sofas, an armchair with footstool as well as a coffee table which are all freestanding. There is also a Smart TV, plus an electric fire, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in-built sound system for connection of your own devices.

Sliding doors lead from the spacious open plan living space to a large decking area with outside seating. Perfect for having a cuppa or a coffee soaking up the stunning views.
Guests have access to one of the storage sheds, which contains a small gas barbecue and other useful items. The shed can also be used for storage of larger items whilst staying at the lodge.

The lodge has a very useful utility entrance ideal for taking off muddy or sandy shoes and hanging up coats before entering the main living space. The washing machine can also be found in the utility.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, bed side tables, a large mirror, a mirrored dressing table with stool, walk-in dressing room/wardrobe and an en-suite with shower. A hairdryer is also provided.

The second bedroom has two full size single beds, a bed side table, mirrored dressing table with stool and a full size wardrobe with drawers.

The family bathroom has a bath, over bath shower, toilet, wash basin, mirror with overhead lighting and plenty of storage space.

All linen and towels are provided for your stay.
There is parking for 2 cars, one adjacent to the lodge and a further allocated space in the car park.

Location

Riviera Bay is a tranquil site with stunning views ideally located for exploring Brixham and the surrounding area.

For keen walkers there is direct access to the south west coastal path adjacent to our lodge and the beautiful fishing harbour of Brixham is only a 20 min walk away, with its array of good places to eat and drink and things to see and do.

The area has something for everyone. The ferry to Dartmouth is only a 10 minute drive away and beyond Dartmouth you can find the beautiful Blackpool Sands beach and Slapton Leys nature reserve or venture over to Salcombe.

Heading east, you can take a ferry to Torquay or head for local attractions such as Paignton Zoo, Splashdown Water Park at Goodrington Sands, Kents Cavern, or the craft villages at Cockington and Dartington or simply enjoy the amazing views outside your window and relax.
