Brand new for 2017, this fabulous Willerby Caledonia 2 bedroom caravan is a true home from home and even comes complete with a full set of bed linen per stay, as well as one hand towel and bath towel per guest.

Fully double glazed with gas combi central heating and instant hot water system; decking with patio table, chairs and delightful sea views, means you will enjoy the perfect climate whatever the weather!

The caravan sleeps up to 6 guests and offers: a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite toilet, plenty of storage and space for a travel cot; twin room with wardrobe.

Small double pull-out bed in lounge or alternatively, seating can comfortably be used as 2 single beds.

Shower room with roomy shower, hand basin, toilet and radiator.

Fully fitted kitchen including: full sized fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill with four burner hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, full crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensil inventory – in fact everything you need to make yourself at home, even an iron and ironing board should you need to look your best!

Relax in the spacious lounge with electric fire and 32 inch TV / DVD combi, a range of games and small DVD library.

Dedicated parking for one car on the pitch.

Free Wi-Fi Internet Access in Club area. Or enjoy personal Wi-Fi access in your holiday home from just £12 per week. In addition a mini-mart store supplies all your essential shopping needs and a launderette will mean those swimming costumes stay clean and fresh for your whole stay.

Out and about

Landscove Holiday Park is the perfect base for exploring the delights of Torbay and South Devon. Situated right on the Devon Coastal Path, with breath-taking views of rugged coves, birdlife and the Berry Head Napoleonic fort. In 2007 the English Riviera was designated a UNESCO Global Geopark and is one of just 8 sites in the UK and Ireland to hold this special status. There are plenty of opportunities to explore the stunning scenery of the Geopark - kayaking, diving, coasteering, sea-fishing and more - walking this beautiful stretch of the South West Coast Path is a must.

If you enjoy delving back in time, the region offers a wealth of opportunities to find out about our heritage from the Stone Age caves at Kents Cavern in Torquay, Dartmouth Castle, The Golden Hind Museum Ship Brixham, Bygones’ Victorian Museum St Marychurch and of course Agatha Christie’s famous Greenway, not forgetting the wealth of National Trust and English Heritage properties including Coleton Fishacre Kingswear, Compton Castle Paignton and Bradley at Newton Abbot.

Fun for all the family

Families flock to the English Riviera every year for an unforgettable day out at some of Britain’s best family attractions such as Paignton Zoo or Splashdown@Quaywest, which features an array of slides and swimming pools. Young thrill-seekers will be kept amused with go-karting, quad bikes and loads of water sports that can be found across many of the region’s beaches. Or go on a journey back in time and visit Kents Cavern to explore the underground caves or take a ride on the Babbacombe Cliff Railway.

Transport

Landscove Holiday Park is set to be served by the Hop 12 Torbay bus from 2017. Avoid parking fees and leave your car behind exploring the region by bus, train or ferry. Enjoy a nostalgic steam train trip on the heritage track from Kingswear to Paignton, crossing Brunel’s famous Viaduct at Broadsands. Ferries leave Brixham for you to discover the historic nautical town of Dartmouth or Torbay’s capital – Torquay. Why not experience all three modes of transport on the Dartmouth Steam Railway and River Boat Company’s Round Robin? Includes a steam train, river boat and bus visiting the quaint towns of Paignton, Dartmouth and Totnes.
