Available to hire is our lovely pet friendly, 2 bedroom static caravan based at the award-winning, 5-star Ladram Bay Holiday Park in Otterton, South Devon.

One well-behaved dog is allowed to accompany guests.

Our pet friendly caravan at Ladram Bay Holiday Park, is situated in The Orchard; a lovely, peaceful area of the park. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet still only a 5-minute walk from the private pebble beach, and an easy 3-minute walk from all other amenities. With no steep bank to climb after an evening in the restaurant or clubhouse, it’s ideal.

The caravan is a spacious 2-bedroom, 6-berth, 2019 Swift Adventurer, double glazed and centrally heated throughout, and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including free unlimited WiFi.

LOUNGE, KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is modern, bright, and airy, with wonderful countryside views.

LOUNGE: There are two comfortable freestanding sofas, one of which is also a sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests if required. There is a flat screen Freeview TV and a DVD player, with a selection of DVDs to choose from. You will also find various books, board games and puzzles stored in the cupboards. The lounge is fitted with an electric fireplace, for additional heating and cosy nights in.

KITCHEN: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size gas oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, and integrated large fridge/freezer. Pots, pans, crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils are available for guests to use, and we try to keep a stock of cupboard essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, which guests are welcome to use. There is also a steam iron and a small table top ironing board available.

DINING: The dining area has a freestanding dining table and 4 comfortable high-backed chairs.

BEDROOM/BATHROOM AREA
The comfortable bedrooms and large family bathroom are separated from the main living area by a door to a separate corridor. Pillows and duvets (2 standard double and 2 single) are provided. You will need to bring your own towels, bed sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers.

MASTER BEDROOM: With a standard-sized double bed, a fitted wardrobe with shelves and drawers, a fixed dressing table and stool, and an ensuite w.c. with hand basin. A hairdryer is provided.

TWIN BEDROOM: Two single beds and a fitted wardrobe with drawers and shelves. There is space under the beds to tuck bags and suitcases out of the way.

FAMILY SHOWER ROOM: With a heated towel rail/radiator, a large shower enclosure, toilet, and a full-size wash basin with mirrored bathroom cabinet above.

GARDEN/OUTSIDE AREA
The outside space has a small, grassed area, and a patio with an outside dining table, 4 chairs, and a parasol.

There is a charcoal BBQ available for use, but we do ask that this is cleaned thoroughly at the end of your stay for future guests to enjoy.

PARKING: There is a parking space for one vehicle.

• Bookings can be secured with a £100 deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before your holiday arrival date. If you cancel your booking within 8 weeks of your arrival date, then your deposit will not be refunded.

• Check in time is 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is at midday on the day of departure.

• Sorry, NO smoking.

• One well-behaved dog is allowed to accompany guests.

• Gas and electricity and WiFi is included in the holiday price.

• Entry to the club house and entertainment is free, but the gym, swimming pool, crazy golf and climbing wall are pay as you go.

About Ladram Bay Holiday Park

Ladram Bay is situated along the historic Jurassic Coast, and has its own private pebble beach, with plenty of rock pools to explore, and for the more adventurous visitors, there are kayaks, paddle boards and boats available to hire from the beach shack.

Ideal for families looking for a fun activity packed holiday, or for couples looking for a quiet getaway. There is plenty to do on site and within easy walking distance, but it is also a great base for those who like to explore further.

The park is well facilitated, with a well-stocked shop, fish and chip takeaway, launderette, and beach café. Three Rocks sports and entertainment bar hosts live music and family entertainment every night, and Pebbles bar and restaurant above it, has views overlooking the bay.

There is plenty to do for children and families, with activities in the daytime, and a children’s disco and games every evening. There is a soft play area, outdoor adventure playground, and an arcade, as well as crazy golf and an indoor climbing wall.

The swimming pool complex has a toddler pool, a slide, and an outdoor splash zone to cool down on hot days, as well as a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and a gym.

The site is ideally located for those who enjoy outdoor activities, with beautiful scenery, and places of historical interest. The walk into Otterton is just a mile, or walk a little further along the river to Budleigh Salterton, or Collaton Raleigh. Sidmouth is a scenic 3 mile walk from the caravan, along the coastal path up and over Peak Hill, where you will find breath taking views across the bay and sometimes wild ponies.

Exeter is a 30-minute drive away, with plenty to do for those who enjoy shopping and city night life.
