Caravan Description
Our caravan on Ladram Bay Holiday Park, is just like any other caravan but, to us, it is special because it’s our 'home from home' and that is what we are offering you.
It has everything you need to enjoy a holiday and we hope you will find it just as special.
Our holiday home on Ladram Bay has three bedrooms, two twin and one double. Duvets and pillows are provided, but you are asked to bring your own linen and towels.
Within the holiday home we have a washing machine, fridge, freezer, TV and games console to enable you to do as much or as little catering and washing as you want to do although there are plenty of facilities available on site if you prefer to eat out or use the launderette.
The prices listed are for 7 nights but we will offer a 15% discount for a 2 week booking and will consider short breaks (POA).
Location
On site at Ladram Bay there is a swimming pool, crazy golf, the Waves Bar (offering entertainment every night), a children's club, Pebbles Restaurant and the Coast take away, as well as a well-stocked and competitively priced shop for all your needs.
If you love walking, there are plenty of beautiful locations to explore nearby. If you love the sea, rock pooling, swimming, fishing, kayaking or just sunbathing, Ladram Bay is the perfect setting for you.
Whether you want to park your car and stay in Ladram Bay or use it as a base to explore South Devon, there is plenty to do and see.
Budleigh Salterton, a smaller, quieter town is within walking distance along the river from Otterton Mill. Sidmouth, a larger town with a cinema, pubs, and lots of little shops, is also within walking distance of Ladram Bay, but only if you want to walk up over Peak Hill and down into the town! By car, both places are just a few miles away and there is also several large stores including Tesco, Home Bargains and the Range on the way to Exmouth another town on the River Exe with wonderful sandy shores..
The Otterton Mill serving the most delicious Ploughman's lunches and Devon Cream Teas; Crealy Adventure Park loved by the children and teens; Greendales Farm Shop with its famed fish 'n' chips and animal trail and, of course, the Cathedral City of Exeter are other nearby areas to visit. If you want to travel further afield, Dartmoor provides a lovely day out with famous places like Widdecombe in the Moor, Fingle Bridge, Chagford, Princetown (the home of the famous prison) and the many ponies waiting to welcome you.
We think you will enjoy Ladram Bay so much you will want to park your car and stay right there!
