Caravan Description

Our lovely caravan at Ladram Bay is just 3 years old and has amazing views towards Sidmouth from its elevated position on Peak View - if you want a great sea view, this is it.

There are 3 bedrooms with an en-suite WC and hand basin to the master double bedroom. The two smaller bedrooms each have two single beds.

The main bathroom has a shower, WC and hand basin with storage below and behind the mirror above.

There's plenty of storage everywhere along with a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave. The sitting/dining area is attractive and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV together with those fantastic views from the sofa and the decking area. In the garden area to the side of the van there's a table and six chairs plus a parasol. On the decking at the front is a small 2 seater sofa, 2 small arm chairs, a glass topped coffee table and a bistro table with 2 chairs. Also, we now have direct WiFi.

Bookings

£100 will secure your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date.

An additional £100 damage cover will also be required with the balance. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages found or the need for an excessive clean.

Location

Ladram Bay Holiday Park is located between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton in East Devon, with lots of opportunities nearby for great days out.

There's direct access from the Park to the beach, with boats, canoes and paddleboards for hire. On site you’ll find a swimming pool, children's pool and Splash Zone; crazy golf; a children's adventure playground; restaurant; and entertainment area with bar, takeaway and well stocked shop.
