Welcome to our lovely 2021 two bedroomed static caravan located at the beautiful Ladram Bay Holiday Park, occupying an elevated end position to take in both the sea and country views.
Our caravan is situated close to everything, yet is in a peaceful location.
The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing and also benefits from having two toilets, one being en-suite to the master bedroom.
The lovely, fully fitted kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, full size fridge freezer, built-in microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and an air fryer.
You will find a TV in main bedroom and sitting area. Netflix, Amazon Prime, catch-up TV and a DVD player is available, along with an assortment of DVDs. Wi-Fi is included. Free internet is included. (EE)
Outside we have a lovely, large decked area (fully enclosed and gated), complete with outside table and chairs, along with sun loungers.
We have also provided an iron, Ironing board, travel cot and high chair.
Ladram Bay is situated between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton and is a five star holiday park. It has its own beautiful beach and is in a stunning location.
