The lodge is thoughtfully prepared to ensure your stay is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. All beds are fully made up with fresh linens and towels for your convenience. From the moment you arrive, everything is ready for you to relax and unwind.

Portland View is a dedicated section of the park exclusively for lodges, offering a more tranquil atmosphere compared to other areas. It's an ideal choice for those seeking peace and quiet away from the main hub of the park.

Please note that it is located slightly further from the main facilities, approximately a 5-minute walk downhill, with a steep walk back uphill. This may be challenging for those with mobility or health concerns.

Access to the lodge involves steps, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users.

The 5* facilities on site really are wonderful, especially for young family’s. Most of those are additional costs to your stay, but plenty of free activities still on site to enjoy.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservation Deposit: A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Damage Deposit: A refundable security bond of £100 is also required alongside the final payment. This will be returned within 7 days of departure, provided there is no damage, loss, breakages, or need for extensive cleaning.


Electric Vehicle Charging

For insurance reasons, we are unable to accommodate electric vehicle (EV) charging directly at the lodge. However, Ladram Bay’s main car park is equipped with charging facilities, providing a convenient option for our guests with EVs. We appreciate your understanding
