Beautiful 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan for holiday rental on Hoburne Devon Bay in Paignton, Devon, just a 3 minute walk between the laundry/on site shop and the main entertainment complex.

Set in lovely, quiet location our lovely holiday caravan offers French doors leading out to the decking area, where you will find a corner rattan patio set, plus a table and chairs with patio umbrella.

The main double bedroom is very spacious, benefitting from an adjoining en-suite with toilet, sink. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, storage wardrobe, bedside cabinets, overhead light and storage, along with a large well-lit dressing table with hair dryer, straighteners and a Smart TV. A travel cot, bouncy chair and baby chair is available free of charge on request. A fan heating system is situated under the storage unit with 4 setting controller.

In the second bedroom you will find 2 single beds, a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and overhead storage. The twin beds can be converted to a 4’6” double if preferred.

Both bedrooms have thermal and blackout curtains for comfort, as well as a radiator with control valves. There is an additional booster fan heating system controlled from the main bedroom.

All bed linen is provided

The living room has an electric wall feature fire, radiator with control valve, reading light and a fan heater. There is a 32" smart, flat screen TV, along with a 2 seater and a 3 seater sofa, which converts into a small double sofa bed. There is also a coffee table with two footstools. Dining table set for 4. French doors lead to the patio area and there is outside lighting to the patio and side. The decking, when sunny is in full sunshine from left to right throughout the day. USB sockets and a charging station for phones and tablets.

There is a modern shower room with a shaver socket, cupboard, large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs.

All prices include park passes which are £55 for 2 to 7 night stays for up to 6 guests. These are compulsory to be on site. Passes must be carried at all times for use of the swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and entertainment club. Hoburne requires the names of all guests plus address, postcode with ages of any under 18, plus car registration for park passes.

Our caravan is our home from home and therefore has loads of extras you can use. As well as bedding linen and hand towels on request, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, sanitiser gel, hand soaps, tissues, shampoo and conditioner where available to use. There is also a supply of coffee, tea bags and sugar. All electric cooker, a selection of books and DVDs, DVD player and portable DVD, gents and ladies golf clubs, DAB radio, USB sockets in every room, assorted games/cards, free standing rotary airer, ironing board, luxury patio set and more. We also have a frisbee, football, windbreak, buckets and spades to save you packing space. We have added a stroller pushchair and 3 in 1 ingenuity high chair from July 2023 to help those tight on packing space. Please remember to bring beach/swimming towels if needed. All we ask is that you take care of our holiday home and leave it as you find it and have a wonderful time.

To book we require a deposit of £50. A security bond of £80 is payable at the time of full payment for loss or damages in addition to the advertised price. This will be refunded after cleaning and checking within 5 days. Where a deposit is paid, full payment is required no later than 42 days before the booking date. If booked within 56 days, the total balance is paid in full. You may also pay instalments as you wish if it is preferable.

We took our holidays the last two weeks in June. On arriving we found the caravan was spotless . The patio area had full sun all day and the outdoor furniture was second to none. All the essential's were in the caravan / Games / Tour Guides. /Books / DVDs/ Site Map. We travelled down from Northumberland and it was well worth it. If I could have I would have have given review scores well in excess of ( 5 ).
I would definitely recommend a holiday at this caravan to anyone. It is by far the best caravan we have stayed in and site facilities were great
