Caravan Description

Modern Swift Moselle caravan for holiday hire on Hoburne Devon Bay in Paignton, complete with a sun-trap decking to the front and the side, double glazing & heating throughout, plus parking.

Our holiday home offers three bedrooms, a large double and a two twin bedrooms, with all clean bedding and towels included in the hire price. The main bedroom has its own en-suite too.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and all cutlery.

The spacious lounge has 50” Smart flat-screen TV, along with seating that incorporates a fold-away double bed.

Outside you can relax in comfort on the sun-trap patio.

Optional: Site passes are available for up to six guests and are priced at £50 per week (unless stated in notes).

Bookings & Conditions


NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed. We aim to keep the holiday home smoke and pet free.

A maximum of six guests can stay in the caravan for health and safety reasons. Hoburne requires details of all guests, so you must provide names, DOB, your address, telephone numbers and car registration number. The details are protected and only used for insurance purposes.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week will secure your booking and will be taken off the cost of the holiday. Final payment must be made six weeks before the date of the holiday. Unfortunately, the cost of the holiday will not be refunded if cancelled within the six weeks before the booking date.

Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is by 10 am.

The caravan will be fully cleaned before your stay.

No meter charges.

Location

Hoburne Devon Bay offers all the facilities needed to fill your leisure requirements, including one inside pool and one heated outside pool. It also benefits from having a sauna and steam room, a fully equipped gym, putting green, restaurants and a club house that offers various entertainments during the day and evening.

A sightseeing bus will take you from the Park into Paignton seaside resort and Torquay Harbour.

Hoburne Devon Bay is only a 20 minute walk from the nearest beach, which includes a waterpark and slides. If you like walking, there are many coastal paths to explore.

The Torbay bus service is very good, taking you into Paignton, which has the largest zoo in the South West. Brixham Harbour is renowned for the fantastic fish to buy and amazing fish restaurants. Torquay has many bars and night clubs. St Mary Church has a Vintage Museum and Babbacombe beaches, which have marvellous views. Totnes which is on the River Dart and is an exceptional place for eating and shopping. From Paignton you can get the steam train to Dartmouth and along the way stops off at Greenway, the home of Agatha Christie and Dartmouth Naval Base. A round trip can be booked bringing you back safely by boat, train or bus. There are also plenty of fishing trips and many other excursions are available
