Willerby Rio 2 BED
This is a spacious 2 bedroom (2009) Willerby Rio 'Gold' holiday home with double glazing, air blown heating and a large sun deck, located in a lovely, quiet location on Hoburne Devon Bay.
In the main double bedroom there is a triple wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead storage. This room also benefits hi from having an en-suite toilet.
In the second bedroom you will find two single beds, a double wardrobe with drawers beneath.
The bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle with a shower, a toilet, wash basin, bathroom cabinet with mirror and a radiator.
In the kitchen there is an electric oven and grill with hob, a microwave, large fridge freezer, 2 slice toaster and a kettle. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery and also includes an iron and ironing board.
As you can see from the photos, the kitchen area leads onto the dining area and lounge, which has a dining table with 2 stools and bench seats around. In the lounge there is a 32" flat screen Freeview TV, a separate DVD player, Wii console with a few games and an i-symphony stereo. There is also an electric fire with fire effect lighting and 2 heat settings. There is a double pull down bed in the lounge.
This caravan is a great choice if you are looking for a quiet part of the park with a lovely woodland view, and has been kept to a high standard throughout to ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Devon Bay.

Just a short walk outside the park is the bus stop, which will take to Paignton, Torquay and Brixham. Goodrington beach and water park is a 10 minute walk across the nature trail, while Paignton Zoo is a 5 minute drive.
You will also find a good selection of supermarkets all within a 10 minute drive.
