We have a beautiful 4 bedroom caravan for holiday lets on Golden Sands Holiday Park in Dawlish, ideally situated not far from the pool, entertainment and a 10-15 min walk from the beach.

Caravan Description
Our 4 bedroom caravan on Golden Sands Holiday Park is not far from the pool and entertainment area, and just a 10 to 15 minute walk from the beach and fair ground. Or in the other direction, just a 20 to 30 minute walk from the beautiful town of Dawlish, where the famous black swans live.
The caravan consists of 2 double beds and 4 single beds, so will sleep 8 guests comfortably. There’s also a shower room, separate toilet, a very well equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living/dining room.
Within the living area you will find a Smart TV, plus Sky sports, Sky movies and kids’ TV. We also have a play station for the young and big kids, plus, toys, colours, DVDs and books to keep everyone entertained whilst in the caravan. Outside we have an Alexa outdoor speaker for those decking evenings enjoying the scenery, sat on our rattan furniture listening to the birds tweet. If you’re lucky, robins do come and introduce themselves, plus we have squirrels and rabbits roaming round (we do keep seeds and nuts for them).
We also have available, two hairdryers, a set of straighteners, and iron and ironing board.
We have tea coffee and sugar on arrival, salt pepper and vinegar.
We provide hand towel, tea towel and black bags
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs to our pet friendly accommodation.
Sorry, NO smoking or vaping allowed in the caravan.
NO Stag or Hen parties allowed.
To access the on-site swimming pool and entertainment you will need a Park Pass. These are NOT included, but can be purchased from the site office and are sold subject to Park Holidays’ terms and conditions.
Check-in from 4pm. Check-out by 11am.
Payment Schedule
A booking deposit is required to secure your dates.
£100
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. Cancellation must be by email and acknowledged.
The balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
You may pay in monthly instalments, provided the last payment is received at least 6 weeks before your holiday.
We accept payments via bank transfer.

About the Area
Golden Sands Holiday ParkOn Golden Sands Holiday Park, there’s plenty going on throughout the day and into the night. They have kids’ clubs running through the day (check Reception for full list), you can build a bear, design pottery or try out a Segway. There’s also sports on in the clubhouse, plus mid-week cabarets, family entertainment, bingo, Loopy and friends, plus live stage shows.
In the Warren, you have the beach, shops, arcade and a fairground. Or down in Dawlish, you have the famous black swans and beautiful walks around the lake where you meet all the other resident birds. There’s shops, food stops and an arcade too.
Places to visit, definitely include Babbacombe Model Village, Shaldon Zoo, Teignmouth Pier, Starcross or catch the ferry Exmouth. A visit to Torquay to also highly recommended.
