Caravan Description

This is a three bedroom, 8 berth, double glazed and central heated static holiday caravan for hire at Golden Sands Holiday Park in Dawlish Warren, Devon.

With two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom (plus a double pull out sofa bed) all with storage space, a shower room with sink and toilet and a separate toilet for added convenience.

Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer and all utensils, cutlery and crockery that is needed for a self-catering holiday.

Large dining/lounge area with free unlimited Wi-Fi, brand new smart TV with IPTV, Sky Sports, movies etc, PLUS Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+/YouTube (you will need to login in with your own private Netflix/Prime/Disney+ username/password to watch the channels).

We also provide a Super Nintendo with 100 pre-loaded games (all the Marios, Donkey Kong, Street Fighter etc), with 2 wireless controllers.

For very small children there is an Ikea high chair and a travel cot (you will need your own cot sheets/cot bedding).

Outdoors there is a solar lit large decking area with new rattan furniture and a private parking space in front of the caravan.

A £100.00 security bond is required to cover breakages - this will be refunded to you within 48 hours of the end of your holiday.
£100.00 deposit required, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the rental.

Linen can be included at a cost of £50.00 per rental.


Location

Entertainment on site during the main season - Park passes are available directly from Park Holidays Reception at an additional charge (see Park Holidays website for their fees). Passes are only needed for the swimming pool and bingo so not everyone will want them. You do NOT need passes to enter the clubhouse or use the other facilities, etc.


Off Site:
Just off site (5 minute walk) bakery, pubs, grocery shop, chip shop, chinese takeaway.

An 8 minute walk away on the beach front is a small (permanent) fairground (huge pay and display carpark) which includes one & two seater go karts, crazy golf, the pirate ship, spinning boats, a small child's rollercoaster, hook-a-duck, slides, and trampolines (no cash - pay via tokens).

There are also a few pubs and eateries, shops, amusements, beach huts and bike hire.
Beautiful beach - Dog friendly on parts, and Nature Reserve.

Under a mile away is the only Links Golf course located in Devon. Warren Golf Club, a beautiful 18 hole, par 72 - Links course, with dunes and cliff top views. Open to the public to play between £25.00/£35.00 per round depending on tee-off time.
