Our luxury 6 berth (plus a baby in cot), 2 bedroom lodge on Golden Sands Holiday Park offers a master bedroom with en-suite, a family bathroom, large open living space, secure decking area and parking for 2 cars on a spacious corner plot.
Lodge Compris is not formally adapted for full accessibility needs, yet can accommodate those with mobility/sensory issues as it is open plan with ramp access onto the decking. We also have outdoor electrical sockets to charge electric wheelchairs or mobility scooters if needed.
The lodge is surrounded by a delightful, secure decking area with a ramp and outdoor furniture. No expense has been spared on this wonderful, luxury accommodation at Golden Sands Holiday Park.
Entering the property through the double-glazed front door, you are welcomed by a generous living space, comprised of an expansive seating area, dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer with ice and water dispensers, a dishwasher and coffee machine.
This luxury accommodation in Dawlish boasts a generous sized double bedroom comprising of an ensuite with shower and a walk-in closet/storage area. The second bedroom is a large twin bedroom with a walk-in closet/storage area. The family bathroom is situated in the main hallway with a shower over bath arrangement. The accommodation also benefits from a double sofa bed for additional sleeping requirements in the living area.
The luxury accommodation in Dawlish has super-fast fibre internet available free to guests as well as a games console and Netflix on the living space smart TV.
There is an outside storage facility for use by our guests to store external items during their stay in Summer/spring months.

We are Amanda and Graham Spaull. We have owned Lodge Compris for a number of years now and we pride ourselves on our ‘home from home’ luxury accommodation in Dawlish. We love spending time at our lodge with our three children, and just relaxing the days away in the comforts of the lodge. We also like exploring the local area and attractions, and using the on-site facilities.
Our motivation for purchasing the lodge was to have a familiar and accessible place to holiday with our disabled son and ensure he enjoys time away, whilst still being able to meet his needs. We love our Lodge and we want others to experience the amazing area and accommodation.
We rent our lodge out at cost price as we are not in this for profit. We want to enable others to have an affordable holiday at our beautiful, luxury accommodation in Dawlish too.
We cater for families with children and/or dogs or couples who just want a break away.
We have tried to kit the lodge out with all those extras you need to keep those home comforts with you, as we know cars can become very full quickly.
