Hello, and welcome to our holiday home for hire on the very popular Golden Sands Holiday Park, in beautiful Dawlish Warren on the English Riviera.
Perfect for your next holiday in the English Riviera, is our lovely, generously sized (12’ x 39’) Victory Vermont Vue, sited in the very popular Golden Sands Holiday Park at beautiful Dawlish Warren.

In the lounge we have a wrap-around, comfy sofa which also converts into a double bed, coffee table, wall units, LCD Smart TV with Freeview and access to most streaming platforms. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The lounge has patio doors which open out onto the private, enclosed decking area with superb countryside views and catches the sun all afternoon (sun not guaranteed, but likely, sorry !).
Our decking area has an outside dining table, seating for 6 and two parasols.
The fully equipped, roomy kitchen has an electric double oven (main oven is a fan oven), induction hob, full height integrated fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking, slow cooker, picnic bag with ice packs, coffee pod machine, newly added washing machine for small loads, and dining utensils etc. and the added bonus of a dishwasher!.
Main bedroom has en-suite WC with basin, a king sized bed with a pocket sprung mattress, and memory foam topper, very comfy, plenty of wardrobe and storage space, dressing table with a hairdryer, and a TV.
The second bedroom has twin beds that can be put together to form another double bed if required, wardrobe space, small table shelf, and mirror.
All pillows and duvets are provided, but NOT bed linen. We are sorry but we cannot supply bed linen or towels, please remember to bring these from home.
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC, basin and most unusually for a caravan, a BATH! This also has a shower ideal for washing kiddies hair (chill out in here when the kids are in bed).
Our static caravan has full double glazing, gas mains central heating, and the added bonus of FREE unlimited WI-FI included.

About the Area
We are situated a 3 minute walk from the newly refurbished restaurant (who also do a takeaway service), and entertainment venue, on-site shop, and reception. Also on-site there is a lovely outdoor, and indoor heated swimming pool which you need to buy passes for to book, a laundry room that includes dryers, a small children’s play park and a large shower block.There is a huge Sainsbury’s just a five minute walk away for all your self-catering needs, they have a cash point there too and petrol station.
The caravan is a five minute drive, or a 20 minute walk to the wonderful long beach, which has lovely, fine white sand and allows dogs in the end section. Here you will find many places to eat, beach shops, fun fair, go-kart track, plus toilet and shower facilities.
The local train station is also at the beach where you can get regular connections to Teignmouth, and Newton Abbot. From there you can easily reach historic Exeter, great for browsing around the shops or visiting the famous cathedral. Or off to Plymouth for the day where you can find the Barbican where the Mayflower sets sail, along with the amazing aquarium and there are lots of quaint little shops to nose around.
Dartmoor is around a 30 minute drive away, with its wonderful wildness, moorland ponies, and fantastic views of the countryside.
There are many woodland and forest walks and if you feel adventurous, you can take a trip to Go Ape and have a go on the zip wires at Halden forest.
