We are located on the award-winning Finlake Holiday Park in south Devon, which is open all year round. Our holiday home is located within the woods and lakes area of Lakeside Village.

Finlake Falls has a large heated indoor leisure facility, with water slides, a children's large play pool area with flumes, fully equipped large gym & sauna, all under one roof, plus an outdoor heated pool with a water slide (closed in the colder weather).

There is a spa and treatment facility - Sirona spa.

The Retreat restaurant & bar are a short walk away, providing childrens meals, pool table, TV and games area.

On site laundry facilties are also available, should you require them.

The Hub coffee shop, and take away - which can deliver directly to your lodge.

Further on site Amenites (to be booked with Finlake at an extra cost), tennis courts, archery, horse riding,

With fishing, woodland walks and lots of wildlife, you can be assured of a completely relaxing stay.

Our holiday home is a 38ft x 12ft Willerby Winchester, which has a safe outside space for children. Gated south facing decking area has a table and chairs, sun umbrella and gas BBQ. & is in full sun from sunrise until almost sunset all year round.

Our home further benefits from a hot tub, which is located on the deck, which is complete with outdoor lighting for the evening & also screened for that extra privacy, along with a large cantilever umbrella to keep you dry in the rain, or cool in the sun.

Within the holiday home there's a modern, fully equipped kitchen with built-in double oven, microwave combi oven, 4 gas burner hob, 70/30 fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, sandwich maker, glassware and all pots, pans etc. - oh, and of course, a cork screw!

The kitchen is open plan with the lounge, which has one swivel arm chairs, and 1 leather swivel recliner, a three- seater sofa (which doubles as a sofa bed), 32" smart TV with Freeview & DVD player along with a, CD player, Nintendo Wii games console and a DAB radio. We also provide lots of movies for all the family to watch, along with books and board games for all ages.

The master bedroom with its standard double Bed and large walk-in wardrobe with light, full length mirror, hairdryer, shoe racks and plenty of hanging space, plus its own en-suite shower room, with double size shower, hand basin and WC, also with plenty of storage space. there is also TV with Free view.

The second bedroom also benefits from a large . double shower room with hand basin, WC and storage, plus a wardrobe. This bedroom can be configured as a twin or double.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS & BEDDING. PLEASE NOTE; SHEETS FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM ARE FOR A STANDARD DOUBLE BED.

WE PROVIDE all duvets for single, double & king size beds, along with pillows (2x per person).

There is an ironing board and iron for you to use. A vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer
Also 1 x bed guard for a child.

Parking for 1 vehicle next to the holiday home, extra car parking is a small walk away.

All the major supermarkets in the area provide home delivery to Finlake. (Asda ,Tesco . in Newton Abbot).


BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All we ask is a £250 DEPOSIT , which is refundable up 8 weeks before your holiday start date. (should you need to cancel). After this period, it is NOT refundable.

The remaining balance should be paid no later than 6 WEEKS before your holiday start date.

A £250 DAMAGES DEPOSIT is required on top of your holiday cost, which is refundable 7 DAYS after your holiday providing no damages have occurred during your stay.
