No. 49 Lakeside is a 4 berth luxury holiday caravan on Finlake Holiday Park, offering everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Measuring 36' by 12' the caravan is surprisingly spacious with a kitchen, dining area, lounge with gas fire, shower room, toilet and two bedrooms.
It is located in a peaceful setting next to the woods and by the lakes, yet just a short stroll from the facilities at the centre of the park.
Enjoy a cosy night in on the feather filled sofa watching a DVD, or relax and soak up the atmosphere from your decking. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for dining at home, and there is a charcoal barbecue if you prefer al fresco.
The master bedroom is a double with a luxury mattress and plenty of storage, and there is room to accommodate the travel cot if required.
The shower room can be accessed directly from the master bedroom. The second bedroom is a twin with a wardrobe and cupboard space. The small single beds can be pushed together for a standard double if preferred.
Both bedrooms have thermostat controlled heating, and there is a gas fire in the living area to ensure the caravan is warm and cosy in all weather.
Bed linen and towels can be provided for a small additional cost. A travel cot and high chair are also available on request. Games, DVDs and books are available for your use.
From July to September we accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday ONLY - minimum 7 night stay.
The new water park and gym , is now open then work will begin on the transformation of the existing facilities into a premier spa with 12 treatment and experience rooms, including the refurbished indoor swimming pool.
The spa is to be linked with a new main reception, cafe and bar area, and an outdoor terrace.

The Retreat bar and restaurant is on hand for dining and drinks, with themed nights including curry night and Italian, and during peak season there is a pizza takeaway service. Finlake also has its own organic farm and coffee shop offering the basics together with local produce, fresh bread, deli, ice cream and home baked pasties.

Finlake is ideally placed in the beautiful Devon countryside, on the edge of Dartmoor and just a few miles from the beaches and resorts of the English Riviera.
The local area offers a wealth of interest and activities: Topsham and Totnes are recommended for the boutique shops, antiques and tea-rooms; the area is a haven for train enthusiasts with both the South Devon Railway and the famed Dartmouth Steam Railway; the beaches, resorts and sightseeing of the English Riviera are on your doorstep, and just as close, yet a world away, is the brooding expanse of Dartmoor.
In the immediate vicinity is the village of Chudleigh, with a good Co-Op, coffee shop, various takeaways, pubs, a sweet shop, etc, and the small pretty town of Bovey Tracy, known as the gateway to the moor, with a wide range of quality retailers, pubs, coffee and gift shops.
