Lodge Description
I would like to introduce to you to my latest holiday home for rental, which is situated at the Devon Hills Holiday Village near Paignton in Devon.
This lodge is a Regal Autograph, which is a contemporary styled 40ft x 13ft lodge that I have named 'Sunset View'.
Sunset View can only be described as pure luxury. Its size allows for a very spacious interior with ample storage space and plenty of room for modern day living. This lodge combines style and cutting edge interior design to produce space and comfort. The higher ceiling, with stunning ceiling lighting, amplifies even more space.
This accommodation is the ultimate statement in indulgence and comfort. Sunset View represents arguably one of the more modern holiday homes with luxury living available on Devon Hills.
I will be offering guests premium five star accommodation and service at the highest level possible.
My accommodation has the added bonus of double glazing and central heating, and is ideal for families and couples to enjoy a quality break with outstanding country views at any time of the year.
Included in your holiday will be bedding and free access to the on-site leisure facilities.
My 'Platinum' grade, open plan, spacious living area comes complete with fitted furniture which includes a luxurious contemporary lounge suite with integrated chaise-longue and large matching footstool. The sofa has a built-in double bed. Full sized French patio doors can be opened to allow you to enjoy some uninterrupted amazing country views and bring the outside space in. Further enhancements include a large wall-mounted TV with Freeview, a DVD player and remote control, flame effect fire.
The dining area has a free standing table and four comfy chairs.
The quality theme of five star grade living is also reflected in our stylishly designed kitchen and dining areas, which includes plenty of soft lighting. The matching modern colour scheme using natural colours give a quality feel to the functional kitchen area. Further luxury enhancements include: integrated fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric hob/gas cooker and cooker hood.
The sleeping area consists of a luxurious modern master bedroom with generous storage and spacious en-suite bathroom plus the added bonus of a dressing table with mirror. I have also added a TV to the main bedroom.
The second bedroom is a good sized twin bedroom with twin beds, storage, and dressing table. Sunset View will sleep up to 6 persons in total.
To accommodate families, Sunset View has a good sized family bathroom which includes: a shower, toilet, and hand basin.
Outside you will find decking to the side and front of the lodge with secure gates and outside lighting. I have provided a luxury patio set for your added comfort. You may wish to sit and relax outside in Sunset Views quiet and tranquil surroundings.
