Caravan Description

Welcome to our holiday home situated on Haven's flagship site Devon Cliffs located in the stunning area of Exmouth, Devon. The caravan has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 being en-suite), fully equipped kitchen, and lounge with patio doors onto the decking with lovely sea views. Our caravan is situated in Spruces which is not far from the main complex and a short walk to the beach.

Lounge
Two free-standing sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater). Coffee table. Fire to help you keep warm on colder evenings. Smart TV with DVD player. Books, DVDs and games. Dining table. Patio doors leading out onto the veranda. Bluetooth speakers are located in the ceiling. WiFi is also included*.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, air fryer, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, all cutlery, cups, glasses, and dining sets are included. We also provide washing up liquid, sponges, oven gloves, and tea towels.

Bedrooms
We have 3 bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other two both have two single beds. Bed linen will be included in the price. All bedrooms have storage. Double bedroom has a TV and dressing table. There is also a sofa bed located in the lounge (please specify upon booking if you require use of this bed).

Bathrooms
We have two bathrooms. One has a toilet & sink which is an ensuite to the double bedroom and the other has a shower, toilet and sink.

The caravan has central heating and double glazing.

Outside there is a front veranda with patio furniture looking out onto a beautiful sea view.

Play passes need to be purchased separately via Haven. You will need passes to use the facilities such as swimming, shows, evening entertainment, and activities. You do not need passes for the arcade or restaurants/takeaways. However, if you do not want to purchase passes there are so many things to do in and around Exmouth.

A £100 refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking which will be returned to you after your holiday providing the caravan is left the way you found it i.e. there is no damage. Full payment needs to be made no later than 2 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.

*Due to the location WiFi can be slower at peak times.

Location

On site, there are many activities to keep everyone entertained. If purchasing a play pass, you can access an indoor and outdoor pool with slides, a full week of daytime and evening entertainment, and many activities from segways to climbing walls.

If you're not purchasing a play pass there are still many things on site for you to do. There is a beach on site, which is a short walk from the caravan (although can be hilly). Next to the beach is the South Beach Cafe where you can stop off for a drink or a bite to eat. You can also drive and park at the cafe.

In the main complex, there is an arcade that covers 2 floors, the sports bar which has indoor and outdoor seating. For food, you have a choice of the Mash and Barrell, Papa John's Pizza, Cook's Fish and Chips, Burger King, or Slim Chickens. There is also an on-site shop.

There are also many things that you can do in the local area. Just outside of the park, there is the World of Country Life which has a wide range of animals, play areas, and entertainment for a fun day out. Exmouth has a lovely beach that goes on for miles. On the seafront, you will find The Ocean which has a large soft play area, bowling, arcade, and a restaurant. There is also a park nearby. Exmouth has a lovely town centre with many unique shops and restaurants for you to visit. There is also a lovely swimming pool located in the leisure centre. There is also a large park within Exmouth that includes a skate park, tennis court, golf and a lovely cafe. Exmouth is also very close to Crealy Adventure Park and the city of Exeter. Also, if you like walking there are many lovely walk areas both on and off park.
