Our beautiful holiday home is situated on a fantastic plot in Hawthorn Mount, with great views of the park and sea, on Devon Cliffs; Haven’s 5 star flagship premier holiday park.

To help you book with confidence on our website, every owner is required to produce proof of ownership documentation before their advertising request is accepted. This then allows them the ‘Verified’ status. The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
Devon Cliffs is Haven’s 5 star flagship premier holiday park.
We are situated on a fantastic plot on Hawthorn Mount offering great views of the park and sea.
Our home is graded as a ‘Platinum’ home and is much wider than a lot of caravans, being 14’ wide.
Unlike many of the other pitches on park with rows of caravans in front of them, we are fortunate not to have this.
We are also close to the complex (probably less than a 3 minute walk) where you will find the shops, restaurants, swimming pools etc.
Our home is privately owned, what we describe and our photos are of the actual home you will be staying in.
There is no queuing to get in as we provide access to a lock box to our home so you will not lose valuable holiday time waiting for access.
The home is equipped to a very high standard, benefiting from UPVC double glazing and radiator central heating throughout, with a gas combi boiler system.
Outside we have 2 deck areas, so plenty of outside space to enjoy the sunshine and views. There’s a large 22’ x 8’ gated veranda to the side, plus an enclosed 14’ x 5’ deck area to the front, which is accessed via the lounge patio doors.
There is a fully fitted modern kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge freezer, gas hob, extractor fan, glass fronted oven/grill.
All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided to make for a comfortable home from home stay.
We also provide an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

The large master bedroom has good wardrobe storage, a dressing table, a King size bed.

A hairdryer is provided too.
It also benefits from having a full en-suite with a shower, toilet and vanity unit.
We have 2 further bedrooms that each have twin 3’ beds. These are in an ‘L’ shaped configuration.
Both rooms have plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space.
The family bathroom has a large shower, toilet and wash basin.
For your safety and peace of mind, we have smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors fitted throughout the home.
Car parking is available alongside the caravan.
Our home and outside veranda are strictly NO SMOKING zones.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
We provide all duvets, pillows and mattress protectors to all bedrooms.
Bed linen is also included, with the required beds made up ready for your arrival.
You will need to bring your own towels, beach towels, tea towels, dish clothes etc.
To access some of Devon Cliff’s entertainment venues, you will need to purchase park passes. These are NOT included in our rental price, but can be purchased directly from Haven.
We will register your stay with Haven and a link will be provided to purchase the Haven Fun Passes.
OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS :-
Our bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
A £100 per week non refundable deposit is payable within 24 hours of returning our booking form.
The balance is due for payment 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday or at the time of booking if this is less than 8 weeks from the start date.
If the balance is not paid within the agreed time then your booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
We have a key lockbox in place which is located on the caravan, the code for this will be sent to you on your day of arrival by text message.
We also require a £150 refundable security deposit, this is added to the balance payable.
This will be returned once the caravan has been cleaned and inspected for stains, loss, breakage’s or damage and upon the key being returned to the key safe.
The home needs to be left clean, tidy and free of rubbish and there are no signs of smoking or pets.
This is returned usually within 7 days.
Strict 10am checkout time on day of departure unless a later time has been agreed in writing.
A deduction from the security deposit will be made if the above T&Cs are not adhered to.
We will provide our holiday caravan in a perfectly clean condition and we would appreciate it being returned in a similar condition.
Under the park’s rules no booking can be accepted from :-
(a) Groups of persons of all one sex.
(b) Groups of persons under the age of 25.
Restrictions:-
NO SMOKING including E cigarettes/Vaping anywhere in the caravan or decking areas.
NO PETS.
NO BARBECUES on the decking areas or near to the caravan due to health and safety (Fire Risk).
CANCELLATION POLICY:-
If you cancel your booking with us more than 60 days before the holiday start date you will lose your deposit.
Cancel 60 - 30 days before the holiday start date lose 50% of all monies paid.
Cancel less than 30 days before the holiday start date lose 100% of all monies paid.
We STRONGLY advise you take out a holiday insurance that would cover you for any loss.
If the park closes due to government guidelines and we cannot honour your booking we will refund all monies paid.
