Welcome to our lovely Swift Bordeaux holiday home for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, complete with decking. The Swift Bordeaux is a unique caravan, exclusive to Bourne Leisure.

Our prestige, spacious, 38ft holiday home on Devon Cliffs, comes fully complete with double glazed windows and central heating (to include the bathroom). French patio doors open from a large lounge onto the decking, with beautiful, free-standing patio furniture.

Within our holiday home is a fantastic, full domestic kitchen that is equipped with everything you will need for a wonderful week away at Devon Cliffs.

The two bedrooms are comprised of a twin room two single beds and a built-n wardrobe, along with a master bedroom that benefits from an en-suite with sink and toilet.

The family bathroom comes complete with a power shower, toilet, sink and radiator.

We also have our own private parking space at the side of the caravan, making it easy to unload all of your belongings.

Our Swift Caravan also benefits from a sea view and decking area with patio table and chairs for a bit of extra luxury to be able to sit out on a beautiful summers evening.

Our Swift Bordeaux, prestige holiday home for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, is sited in a lovely, quiet location on ‘Juniper Close’, which has no though traffic and is just two minutes away from the entertainment complex. Juniper Close is an ideal location for you to have a wonderful stay as everything happens in and around the entertainment complex, making this a perfect pitch to access all the leisure facilities within minutes.

The private beach is also just 10 minutes away.

Bed linen can be provided if requested, for a small additional fee. Should this option be selected, beds can be made prior to your arrival.

The caravan will receive a full professional clean prior to your arrival and the inventory will be checked to ensure all items are maintained and fit for purpose.

Haven entertainment passes are NOT included in our price. However, these can be purchased separately from Haven’s Reception or online, if required.

We are happy to accept lets from Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday – or please enquire to suit your requirements .

Location

Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is the perfect place to enjoy a family break and is set in a perfect location. The little ones are so well-catered for, with so much to keep them occupied in the park.

Entertainment Passes are required. Facilities on Devon Cliffs include Segways, an outdoor pool, sports facilities, aerial adventure, pool tables, outdoor gym equipment, children's play areas, South Beach shack on the beach, award-winning private beach. A pass is also required after 6pm to access Papa John’s, Burger King and Cooks fish and chips and much more.

Out & About

The surrounding areas of Devon have beautiful villages, beaches, bays, walks and coastal towns to visit and explore.

Our beautiful holiday home is situated in an ideal place for exploring the surrounding area of Devon. Think of Devon and cream teas, fish and chips, beaches and ice cream come to mind...but the area has so much more to offer, including award winning restaurants, boat trips, museums, the Jurassic coast, the English Riviera, the National Park’s, hiking the Tors and the moors, walking along the old time forgotten paths in the woods and strolling along a beach.

Exmouth is just next door and the bus service from the Park is very regular (open top in the summer months) and convenient for its shopping; restaurants and bars; beaches and ice creams; plus fish restaurants (one floats in the harbour and can only be reached by water taxi or boat, the river ex cafe)

Sidmouth is along the coast with its quaint streets, shops, restaurants, crab sandwiches and beaches. Close by is the donkey sanctuary which is worth a visit.

Then there is Lyme Regis, Beer, Exeter, Seaton, Torquay and many, many more.
