Lodge Description
Haven Devon Cliffs.
We are now taking bookings for our new 2021 new mini lodge. 2021 is now SOLD OUT and we have now listed our prices for 2022.
The lodge sleeps 5/6 people comfortably. We restrict our lettings to a maximum of 4 adults (this includes teenagers over 16 years of age). The reason we put stipulations in place is because of the internal furnishings, eg 5 seater suite and sleeping accommodation. There is no bed settee for guests use.
This Platinum grade mini lodge is a 3 bed ABI Windermere. It is sited on Lyme View with the most beautiful panoramic sea views. It benefits from having an 8’ large wrap around decking with patio furniture and the beauty of the decking is that it is South facing so benefits from the sun from early morning till the sun goes down early evening.
This mini lodge comprises of the following:
. Open plan lounge area with luxury free standing furniture, 40" TV, modern fireplace with and electric fire.
. Gas Central Heating.
. Double Glazing.
. Master bedroom with double bed, ample wardrobe space and dressing area.
. Two twin bedded rooms, with ample wardrobe space.
. Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.
. Separate toilet with hand basin.
. Open plan kitchen/diner with table and 4 chairs, gas cooker, all full size integrated appliances, eg fridge freezer, dishwasher
and washing machine.
We also provide extras during out lets, for eg. iron and mini board, vacuum, dishwasher/washing machine tablets, hairdryer, full size washing line outside, and airer for customers use.

Venturing off site, within a 5 minute drive is Exmouth which is quite a large town with its own esplanade and beach, drinking and eating venues and large shopping precinct. Ferry excursions can be booked off the Prominade to visit local areas.
The towns of Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Lyme Regis, Teignmouth, Brixham and Torquay are just a short drive away too.

About the Area
Venturing off site, within a 5 minute drive is Exmouth, which has its own esplanade, beach, drinking and eating venues and large shopping precinct. Devon Cliffs promotes nightly entertainment. There are a variety of eating venues on site too ranging from fast food outlets to an a la carte restaurant. These can be booked on the Haven App.
There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, (swimming and the nightly entertainment is covered by the passes which can be purchased from the Reception area on arrival).
These are extra activities that can be purchased, ie, zip wire, climbing wall, 4 x 4 cars, bungee jumping, archery, inflatable pool activities, These are paid for independently as and when you want them.
There is a beautiful sandy beach on site which is within a 5 minute walk from the lodge. Alternatively, you can drive down to the beach front and park in the large car park next to the beach, this is free.
This mini lodge is within a 5 minute walk to the complex which hosts the entertainment, shops, launderette, mini market, hire shop.
We take payment by bank transfer, deposit to be received within 24 hours of initial enquiry. Full payment plus security bond due 8 weeks prior to holiday.
There is a Security Bond of £150 to be added to final payment, this is returned within 7 days of your departure if caravan left in same condition as when you took rental in a clean and tidy condition with all rubbish removed and no damage.
We mainly concentrate on weekly bookings which run saturday to saturday as we find this fits in with most families booking a holiday.
A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your holiday. This is a non-refundable deposit.
