New (2024) ABI Ambleside, 'Premier Gold' standard mini lodge available to rent at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.

Our mini lodge at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is located on a new desirable upper deck road, which offers unforgettable sea views and relaxing surroundings, and is also just a short walk from the clubhouse and many other facilities.

The lodge comes with a full wrap around decking, where you can enjoy your special, family time together in the sunshine.

Private parking for up to two vehicles is available next to the caravan..

The lounge area offers two free standing sofas, smart TV, electric log burner.

Kitchen is well equipped and designed to a high standard with modern appliances including:
• full size fridge freezer
• dishwasher
• washing machine
• Air fryer
• Shark Hoover
• microwave
• oven
• grill

There is a large dining table with 4 chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe and a smart TV, and benefits from an en-suite with shower. One of the twin bedrooms has two full size single beds, with the other twin room having slightly smaller single beds. Each twin room also comes with a wardrobe and smart TV.

There is a separate family bathroom in a hallway.

Occupancy numbers must not exceed 6 people including children.

Entertainment passes are NOT included.
To purchase Passes you will be able to do it online at www.haven.com after booking is made or you could give Devon cliffs office a call.
Please note entertainment passes are only required for activity booking, bingo and evening entertainment at Capones and Bugsy's.
If you don't fancy purchasing passes, you can still visit arcades, sports bar, enjoy food facilities.
There is a lovely beach to explore, also Exmouth town offers lots of activities for all the family.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets.

No smoking allowed or vaping.

PLEASE NOTE: HYBRID OR ALL ELECTRIC VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE CHARGED FROM ANY SOCKET IN THE CARAVAN. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU BREAK THIS RULE.

Bookings

When making a booking you will be asked for a £100 deposit which must be paid the same day as the booking. Deposit will be held as a security bond against any damages or extended cleaning incurred. Refund will be made after your stay and checks.
Caravan must be left tidy as it was on your arival as it will affect your deposit bond.
Please empty all bins and lock all the doors and shut all the windows.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to you arival date. Late payments will be cancelled if the remaining balance is not received also deposit might be not refunded. Please note that the £100 deposit is not included in the price.

We do not accept same sex groups or parties.
