Caravan Description

Our Caravan will become Pet-Friendly as from 21/06/2024.
Welcome to our lovely, modern 42'x13', 2019 Willerby Winchester caravan for hire in the prime area of Apple Grove on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, with full central heating and double glazing.

Our prestige caravan offers amazing sea views, as well as a large green to the side; perfect for the kids to play where they can be seen from the caravan and veranda.

It has three bedrooms (one double with en-suite toilet and basin and two twin bedded rooms) and sleeps six . Each of the three bedrooms has a wardrobe and cupboard, and if needed a travel cot and bed guard. The double bedroom has a TV too.

All duvets and pillows are provided.

Bed linen is not provided, but we are able to provide linen, with the beds made up for your arrival, at an additional cost if required.

There is a shower room with wash basin and toilet, as well as toilet and basin in the main bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), diner and lounge area is all open plan, with highchair if required. There is a large corner sofa in the lounge where you will also find a large Freeview TV and coffee table, along with a small selection of kids games and cards for all to use. Also iron and hairdryer are supplied too.

Outside we have a side Full wrap around veranda with table and chairs, along with a large Private drive alongside for parking.

Booking Terms

We will require a £100.00 non refundable deposit to secure the booking of your holiday , then the remaining cost of the holiday is to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday start date .

A £150.00 security bond will be required to cover the cost of any damages etc should they occur , which will be refunded after the caravan has been checked and no damage found .

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am on day of departure.
The key for the caravan can be located in a key safe. You will be issued with a key code prior to your holiday, so no queuing at reception.

Fun passes are not included in the price. These can be purchased from reception.

Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is a Haven Park and one of the largest and most popular caravan sites in Europe. The site is set in Exmouth, Devon and is just a 5 minute drive/bus ride from the town centre.
